Personally horrible experience. I bought 100 dollar worth of products, which 50 $ was capsules for Lavazza point. No clear explanation given about which model of "lavazza point" are actually the capsule for and if you type it on internet several models are included in the list of lavazza point coffe makers. The capsules they gave me were not fit for my machine and they are gonna provide refund only if I ship back at my expenses ( which likely would be not even worthy considering the size of the boxes. ) . I have tried to tell them how unclear is on the website and offer several solutions but they denied everything . It is an incredible disservice to costumer service : people sometimes thinks that buying the product directly from the producer is better but as per my experience this will be the last time buying from them and def I will not recommend it to anybody . 100% better amazon , same price and thousand times better costumer service.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian coffee this is the one! I picked up a box of Miscela Oro- my favorite, in Fairfield today. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was a great guy. Very friendly and generous! I highly recommend!

I have had negative experience as to the originality of the coffee sold in pods; especially with the black label. In many instances the packaging is not the original but most important the coffee is not of Borbone standards ( especially the black ) Maybe, it's time for me to give other coffees a chance. In my trips to Italy I bring back with me as much coffee as possible. I hope this message receives the proper attention and concern.
