Food is fantastic. Service does not match. Drinks were put on table with no cocktail napkins. Waiter did not check on us at all. Lighting too bright in room. For the amazing food they have, the servers resemble more of a diner type establishment. Was not friendly. Stuck in the 80s type. I can't explain it well, but would be back just for the food but won't be back because of the service. I also asked for sugar on the rim of my drink and it came out with none then when it came back again it seems like the bartender first put salt on rim then realized I asked for sugar and put sugar on it as well.

We loved it here! Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious! They gave our 4 year old pizza dough to play with and it kept him quiet and busy until dinner arrived. We'll be back!

Our family has dined here multiple times and we have never been disappointed. The food always comes out fast and is cooked to perfection. Staff is fast and friendly. Gaston has been our waiter a few times and he is always sincere and helpful. We greatly appreciate how well run this restaurant is and the different events / specialty nights offered. We have eaten there numerous times, but this is the second time I ordered sole and it came out wet and gray. I had to send it back 2 to 3 times and it just wasn't cooked. The chicken cutlet was so thin and so fried and breaded all you tasted was oil and bread, not even any chicken. I probably will not be going back.

My family and I had the best time at the Bambini storytime. It was a wonderful way to keep my toddler entertained and engaged while enjoying a delicious meal. The owner was so kind and had a lovely conversation with us. We would love to attend more of these toddler friendly lunches at Calandra’s Cucina.

This evening, we had a wonderful dinner at Cucina Calandra. Sergio, the manager/head chef is extremely warm and welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Our server Anna was very attentive and gave us wonderful service. And the food was delicious. The minute you are seated you are treated to their signature warm cheesy bread (a staple of Cucina since the day the restaurant opened). We had two appetizers: Mozzarella in Carrozza and the Panzanella (the mozzarella was tender and cooked perfectly and the Panzanella had the ideal ratio of bread/tomatoes/red onions/basil with the perfect amount of dressing). Our entrees were Fettuccine w/Mixed Seafood (the seafood was tender and delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly) and a special, Gnocchi Sorrentina (the Gnocchi was made/cooked flawlessly and was pillowy soft). Sergio thank you for being the perfect host!! Kudos to the Calandra Family for having a wonderful head chef!
