Horrible customer service. Rude and staff has bad attitudes. Egg sandwich croissant was burnt bacon raw & cheese not melted. I wanted over 20 mins for refund making me stand on line. The lady that finally figured out how to give me refund was trying and was pleasant.. She was looking for a manager no where to be found.. save your money and time don’t go there if you don’t want to be frustrated.

Every time I come here, they get something wrong on my order literally every single time
Horrible customer service and food. Placed an order on the dunkin app, pulled up to the drive thru window to get my order, food was COLD. I got the snackin bacon for my autistic daughter because she is extremely picky & it came out freezing congealed with fat. They wouldn’t reheat it or make another one. They had no idea what we had in our order. We had to tell them again. Donut I got is smushed. Never again. And it’s sad I used to work here back in 2013 & I NEVER sent out food like that.

This is my first time going there even thou I pass it all the time. Well make that the 1st and last time i go there. I ordered regular coffee w/ cream and sugar and a bagel. My coffee latest horrible the bagel taste even worse. The sad thing is that I had to wait a long time in the drive thru. DONT GO
