This is my first time going there even thou I pass it all the time. Well make that the 1st and last time i go there. I ordered regular coffee w/ cream and sugar and a bagel. My coffee latest horrible the bagel taste even worse. The sad thing is that I had to wait a long time in the drive thru. DONT GO

I was half way through by bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and it was very chewy, I opened the sandwich and the cheese paper wrapper was IN THE SANDWHICH GROSS. I called the manager could care less. What a disgrace!!

Wow. A big change in the employees these months. Can we have employees that actually know what they doing? There was this young slim girl who was always on top… she was super sweet and helpful, and then also two tan young guys who were also very quick.. what happened? Now the employees are lazy and take 15+ minutes just for my iced cold brew. Yike

Just went here to get some ice cream and witnessed an older lady employee be so rude and racist to another customer. The customer was asking for a cake and the lady was unwilling to help. When the man walked away to retrieve a cake, she turned and said “I can’t help you if you don’t speak English.” I was shocked at the open racism this woman displayed and that she would say something like that in the face of another customer who she does not know the background of. The place was not busy at all and this woman could not take the time to be respectful and do her job. I automatically felt disgusted and unwelcome in this establishment and I wasn’t even the direct target of such a comment. Will not be returning. Do better.

I work with special needs students. This Dunkin Donuts is absolutely wonderful with my class. They are patient, kind and so professional. Can’t say enough good things about the staff here.

Made a to go order with wraps and drink. When I went to pick up the order only the wraps were made. My partner waited patiently to ask about the drinks and staff (an older caucasian lady with brunette hair ) was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of asking her name, she ruffles thru multiple receipts and asked if she was María (which seemed racial) and then made the drinks and sat them behind the counter instead of giving them to her. We will never be back. Very disappointing.
