Avoid this location. They use their bare hands to put doughnuts in the bag. Also no hair and facial nets to avoid hair in food. This place is disgusting and should be closed down for the second time in its history. The first time it was also due to similar conduct.

Ordered a matcha in which had expired milk inside, had a big sip and smelt the odor and tasted the clumpy milk. Was sick to my stomach. I went and told them and they told me oh sorry try this and i still paid for the next drink after explaining haha, unbelievable.

Been coming here since they opened every morning for my coffee. Today will be the last time. New staff is rude and like they don't want to be there. Coffee is good but I am not going to spend my money at a place that does not treat customers well.

This store is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Not only did I discover a hole in my cup resulting in a mess in my car (after telling them about my matcha not looking right). They claimed that the drink they gave me was correct and I insisted it was not. What kind of matcha is near white ?! The staff around 8:45am 4/30/24 are very unprofessional and they just laughed and made jokes amongst one another when i told them about my order not being correct. This is the worst DD i have experienced.

Store cleanliness and food quality to be expected for a DD. A lot better than service received. Guy at counter never said hello and continued to speak to whoever he had on speaker phone without acknowledging me at all throughout transaction. Service still does matter as long as I’m still paying for a product.
