I have seen fastest service in this DD so far.
I had order of 6 items & it did not even take 3 full minutes to deliver it to us.
And no mistake, no compromise in taste.
All the same & great.

I place a mobile order latte and bagel. Feeling really sick after having a few sip and bite out of my food. The coffee tasted a bit off. Like spoiled same with bagel had a weird texture. When I took a closer look to my bagel , it had mold on it.. seriously you guys don’t inspect the food before selling it.

Bad service only been here twice, first time the lady in drive thru she’s very short spoken and they forget my drink had to go back to get it.

Then on my next trip I order food the same lady gives me wrong donut so I checked and I asked to give me the right donut then gives a moody face and talks back at me in a bad mood and when I get to my place the loaded hash browns have no cheese or bacon just plain.

4.99 for 4 hash browns Thanks a lot.

This dunkin is the worst dunkin of all Dunkin’s created. Went through drive through for 3 simple drinks, 1 small cream and sugar, 1 Carmel latte and 1 French vanilla latte. They happily gave me 1 black coffee, 1 latte with no syrup and 1 latte that has a pump of caramel AND French vanilla mixed together. Mind you this was after he asked to confirm our order two times, of course this cake with a complimentary side of attitude and horrible customer service. I’ve had rotten milk in matcha, plain croissant after ordering egg and cheese with it, multiple wrong drink orders I mean seriously this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts recently. I ordered a Dunkin’ Midnight Black coffee and made sure to confirm my choice. However, I watched as the staff member prepared an Original Blend instead. When I pointed out the mistake, I told him, “I can’t trust you to make people’s food because you’re cheating your customers.” His response was completely unprofessional—he told me to “shut up.”

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Not only did I not receive what I ordered, but the staff member’s rude and dismissive attitude made the situation even worse. As a customer, I expect honesty and respect, especially when pointing out a mistake. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

I hope Dunkin’ Donuts management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with their staff. No one should be treated this way, especially when paying for a service.
