I go here on the weekends and order the EXACT same thing everytime and 9/10 they mess it up. This morning I was yelled at an accused of not telling them the correct drink order. I will no longer be going to this location they are rude and incompetent.

A family owned store, very rude staff, they refused to take change for $2 and 52 cents. Claiming that they don’t want to count change. It’s 10 quarters and 2 cents. They refused to take the coins and said no muffin for you. If I don’t give them 2 cents they won’t give me my order, but they are refusing to take 10 quarters and 2 cents. Unfortunate that we consumers have to deal with such bs family owned store and it’s their family staff. Coins are still money.

Very rude staff. Family owned store. They don't like receiving coins as a payment. But they like to take it. Took $63 and didn't return the change my items were $62.37 And when I asked for it, they started laughing saying you are cheap. Are you kidding me. If I don't give you .37 cents would you give me my order? Of course not. Never going there again. Very dishonest staff and very rude

If I could give this place a zero I would. Just moved to town and got a certificate in the mail for "free half dozen" donuts "expires in 90 days". All of a sudden they are not taking this certificate with zero explanation other then "my boss told me we don't accept them anymore". I would highly recommend that the manager takes themselves off of a list that gives new neighbors a nice gift. What a horrible experience and gesture; also doesn't help that it was 5:30PM and there were only 12 donuts left-- not helpful whay so ever.

Good and fast service. Bathroom perfect clean, workers precise with my order. Thanks guys, I just came to pick up some coffee and donuts for my daughter SOS volleyball tournament.

I placed an order on the mobile app on my way to work. It's a 24/7 Dunkin, so when I arrived, I was surprised to have them tell me, "It's going to be awhile. We're cleaning." I waited for about 10 minutes, and another car showed up. The cashier asked me to move my car so they could serve the other driver because, "Well, he just ordered coffee. You ordered breakfast." (I ordered a drink, hash browns and a croissant).I asked if they could just refund my order on the mobile app and they said they didn't know how to do that. What an awful place! I wouldn't go back.

The girl at the drive thru window is absolutely clueless. Her answer to everything is “I don’t know” or “how am I supposed to do that?” I can’t redeem my rewards at this location because it doesn’t get redeemed correctly. Not to mention I have to ask 10+ times for my card back when I ask to cancel the order. They try to force you to go through with the order stating that they can’t cancel it and refuse to return my card. The man who plays the manager role at this location is rude and unprofessional.

The staff here blatantly tried to tell me I said "iced" when that word never came out of my mouth. I have a dash cam that recorded my order in the drive thru which proved they got my order wrong yet the Dunkin' staff felt accusing me of ordering incorrectly and giving me a disgustingly rude attitude was the right thing to do for a repeat paying customer. I will never be returning!
