2 times trying this place out and both times they got my order wrong. The first time I asked for pork roll and cheese and I got salami, so a few weeks later, I went back and said to myself, maybe it's because I said, pork roll and they don't know what that is. So this time I told them Taylor ham and cheese and I received the same result will not be going back to this place.

I politely asked for a dozen Everything bagels. The man I asked ran to the back and told his boss. His wife and I were up front and heard a very loud crashing noise and a scream. She went back to see what happened and came back to me and said the owner was very upset that I once again ordered a dozen bagels( I have ordered like this about 4 times a year over the last 5 years). She told me to me to stand at the front of the store. I offered to call the night before if there is a problem about ordering a dozen. It was obvious to me and his wife that he was furious at me. I’ll never, ever, step foot in that store again. What happened to the business phrase “the Customer is Always right”? I took the dozen and left the store for the last time.

Hi, my name is jack. I stop EVERY WORK DAY MORNING at this wonderful eatery. First, the lady behind the counter is not only a VERY NICE person but a very organized. Every morning I come in and my everything bagel with Taylor ham cheese and tomatoes is already done in the bag waiting for me. I'm in and out in less than 3 minutes every time I go. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A GOOD SANDWICH OR JUST A CUP OF COFFEE BECAUSE THESE DAYS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL ARE HARD TO FIND. I stopby this bagel store every day. On my way to work for the last 15 years always clean food is always fresh. The staff is very friendly and polite. It feels so good to be there. They are very Nice ! They are the oldest Bagel store in town. They been around for a very long time they become part of Fairfield. Everybody loves them.
