Check your breakfast sandwich because they always seem to get it wrong. I ordered 3 sandwich’s. All three were incorrect. I watched him write down my order exactly as I requested and I still managed to get 3 wrong sandwiches
There was a hair in my bagel…. A long blonde hair. Unfortunately that is completely unacceptable

I paid $11.54 for a bagel with egg and cheese and a small coffee. Everything tasted good, but that price is astronomical for what I got. I will not return

Awful. Bought over 100 bagels for my employees at work and they delivered it an hour late. No one was able to eat and owner didn’t even care. All I got was a “sorry”. Seriously?! 100 bagels for an IN TOWN event and couldn’t even make it on time.. 5 minutes away. Placed order 2 weeks in advance. Very disappointed.

What a terrible place. I used to go here for a long time, and the staff was nice, but now is different. I requested to change the kind of bagel and the young lady didn't answer me, later she said "don't you see that I'm doing something else?" She walked over to the bagels and rudely she asked me which one I wanted. When I requested the other member of the staff to talk with the owner the other lady said me she is the owner but didn’t do anything, and she told me "if you want to cancel the order, cancel it". Definitely I won’t be back this place.
Horrible experience. The staff (two ladies) were rude and disrespectful.
