Walked in and was instantly greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from the girl behind the counter. If you’re looking for a great place to grab lunch, you can’t do better than JJ’s. The hot dogs are delicious 🤤

The best thing about JJ's is that three one-topping dogs can be had for under $10. It's great if you have kids and need a quick pitstop for cheap 'eats'. But keep in mind that's only if you have one topping on each dog. If you want relish and onions on your dogs, the price goes up. I didn't hate it. If somebody wants JJ's, I'll go back and if I'm passing by, I'll stop in again. I'm glad they survived covid closures as so many places didn't, but a deep cleaning, a fresh coat of paint on the walls, and clearing out the abandoned cars in the parking lot would do a lot to make the place much more appealing.

The hotdogs are fantastic. I particularly love the 'sweet works' it is sweet relish and saurkraut on top of mustard. The French fries are always good and pretty standard in flavor. I have tried the potato and cheese dog; which is cream cheese and fried potato stix, sounds weird but it totally tastes great. The staff recommended one time and I both tried it and order it routinely.

I walked in for lunch yesterday. Have never heard of this place, haven’t even thought to get hot dogs that day but dang I was touched by an angel. I googled food nearby and this location seemed easy to get to and less busy than other lunch spots. I am so glad I ordered onion rings bc I’ll be back solely for those rings.
