When I received the 75' copper bullet expandable hose that I ordered from Amazon the stress relief on the female end was broken. I used this hose exactly twice. It sprung a pinhole leak, making it useless. I contacted
Amazon. They directed me to contact bulbhead. The bulbhead website was of no use. I am stuck with a useless hose that I paid way too much for. A 1 star rating is too generous. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP!!!!!!!!

Pocket hose the well hyped, flexible, no kinks, light wt. expandable is all those things except durable. In small print, once you open package “ Do not leave outside when not in use”. Well, just maybe on outside packaging a warning. “Do not leave this very tender sensitive hose outside in sun”.

I ordered the pocket hose in early June, 2020. They charged my credit card on June 4. They sent a post card on 7/10 stating that the hose was on back order and they will not charge my card until it is shipped. Of course, they already had charged my card. In September I wrote to them inquiring as to when I should expect to see it. They said they shipped it and I should have it in 1-2 weeks. In late October I wrote again and they just sent me the exact same email as the first one. It is now Nov. 6 and they neither answer, nor deliver, nor refund. So, essentially, they have stolen from me. I've not yet decided whether I will take legal action or not. Such an unethical and dishonest company. DON'T buy anything from these people.

BULBHEAD Customer Service PASSED THE BUCK. This review is for the Bulbhead Silver Bullet Pocket Hose. I want to remove the nozzle that comes with it and replace with a better nozzle but it won't unscrew. So I called Customer Service to ask for help and instructions on how to remove the nozzle. At first he said I would have to CUT the hose!! Then he said it was not Bulbhead's responsibility because the nozzle is made by someone else. He said I should contact the nozzle manufacturer. WHAT?? That would be like Chevrolet saying that I had to contact the maker of an auto part that wasn't directly manufactured by Chevy. ABSURD!! This product will get returned to ********* immediately.

Worst company ever. Ordered from chess2020 and they never shipped. 3 months later called from a weird number saying my card was declined and they needed my number and more information. I called back later and after being hung up on for days finally reached someone but they said it was a different department and gave me a new number. This new number rings but they always don't pick up or hang up. Still haven't received anything and now the website has even shut down. Horrible place to do business with.

If I could go Negative on Stars I would! They do not support any customer service after purchase unless it is above $29.99 and with a receipt for proof of price. I tried to replace or repair 3 light products.

Terrible company. Received a Safetycan express can opener for a gift because I had shoulder surgery. It is unable to open any can! I called the co. And was told it could not be returned after 30 days! It never opened one can! I think the company is a scam and should be investigated! Thanks for posting! It should not be advertised on t.v.

In January I tried to place an order with Hempvana, a Bulbhead telebrand company. I was overcharged for the product I ordered. When the charges were posted to my credit card, I called the company and was told it was too late to cancel the order as the product had already shipped. I was instructed to refuse the order when it arrived and when it was returned I would receive a full refund. After confirming the return by supplying Bulbhead with the tracking numbers (2 orders sent, only 1 originally ordered) I was told I would receive my refund. A few days later my shorted refund posted to my credit card. Upon calling the company again I was told that shipping and handling was not refundable. I disagreed saying that the remaining amount, $90.80, will be refunded as I was told, and I wouldn't pay shipping and handling for product I didn't order and was over charged for. I requested a supervisor. After being on hold and requesting a supervisor again, I was told my remaining balance was being credited. Today I received a credit for 9.99 not 90.80. I have contacted my credit card company.

I ordered 2 cup holders for Christmas presents. After two weeks I followed up on the order and was told that my credit card company rejected the charge; I called the credit card company and was advised that there was no attempt by the company to charge the card; I gave them a second card and told them the order was for Christmas presents. A month after Christmas they shipped the order. There return terms require me to pay for return postage which is half the cost of the Item. I chose not to return the items and filed a claim with the the second credit company.

Bulbhead did not honor their lifetime replacement guarantee on my pocket hose & at every attempt to contact them to resolve the issue they made me jump through a different hoop. After sending the logo end to them as what was required for replacement they still did not send me a replacement hose. I was told I needed a tracking number which was never stated in their emails or voice communications as another requirement to receive replacement hose. It was always one excuse after another. Very unprofessional company!

I never received my Cup Call which I ordered on December 14, 2020. I have not had any response from them or have been able to contact them. Cannot get through to the phone that they listed. They need to stop their advertisement on *********-as far as I am concerned they are a fraudulent company. Do NOT order from this company! Also, need to pull their advertisement from TV.

I placed an order and wanted to cancel parts that showed when I went to check out. Charged me 215.00. I was trying to order only 2 items that would cost me less than that. They refused to refund my 98.00 they charged me. When I went to check out these other items appeared. Please Help

Upon receiving the TOP BRASS 2 POCKET HOSE, Two warnings were found which stated that " the equipment contains LEAD and can be harmful to the human body. " This means some amounts of lead can enter your body if you drink water from it. We all know the FDA continues to warn us about allowing metals in to our body can cause sickness. Therefore I returned the pocket hose which cost $19.99 plus $7.99 = $27.98 . When sending the Pocket Hose back to the company, I also had to pay shipping . The company returned only the $19.99 back to me. This was a bad deal all around. If they had included the warning in the TV add I would not have purchased it. I recommend it be taken off the market to prevent future problems with other people getting sick. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
