Milkshake was good and was shocked reading some of the 1 star reviews. It’s a great ice cream spot and isn’t any different than Applegate in my opinion.

Hi all, just want to share my experience so that you know what you can expect as I am appreciative reading your experience as well. We have been here a few times last summer and this year so far, some ice cream is better than others. Since I usually get the soft serve, no complaints on the serving size. However, today since the soft serve machine is broken, I ordered a small hard serve. What I noticed is that when I put my spoon in the cup, and scoop sunk to the bottom, and the top of ice cream is no longer higher than the small cup. That was basically a half of a small scoop. I noticed the server didn't press down the ice cream but didn't realize she scooped only half of the scoop. When I told her, she did give me another half of the scoop. Nowadays, restaurants are ripping people off left and right, and I really hope this is not the case here. Will go back to give another shot, but if it continues to give half of the scoop, I will have to go somewhere else.

Got ice cream for the family three out of four people had chalky and grainy ice cream. Almost inedible, threw it all away.

Got Rocky Balboa for wife and we had to put it in garbage. The ice cream has a chalky texture and there was nothing but chocolate. It was almost like the tub melted and they refrozen it. Also the Italian ice is very hard and lacks flavor. Very disappointed

Have had pints before. but the walk up window gave us great options of how to spruce up this incredible ice cream. we will be back.

The ice cream is amazing. In fact, everything that is sold here is so delicious.

I ordered a Vegan Ice Cream cake for my son and we had it yesterday 2/28/21. All I can say is wow! It was a great cake and you would never tell it was vegan smooth and creamy! Will be ordering from you again and again!
