I didn’t catch the name but the name of the guy working, but he was around 20 with some slight facial hair, and working the closing shift on Tuesday September 2nd. I’m standing waiting and he sees me waiting and looks at me and just shows me a hand signal by showing his hand across his neck I don’t know what that is supposed to mean so I thought it meant wait and a second after since i’m still waiting as I dont know what he meant he looks at me and says “Yo we’re closed” and rolls his eyes, maybe tell me from the beginning or use your words. He should be fired, this is why there is this amount of negative reviews.

i wish i can give this place 0 stars!! i drove to target to get starbucks and read a sign on a computer that said the lady will be right back.. im waiting a couple minutes and the line gets bigger and bigger mind you this place is still open! lights on and everything.. the line keeps adding up and we’re waiting like 10-15 minutes but i waited like 30 mins walking around the store.. i get back in like and it’s like 5 people and this girl THAT WORKS THERE said they’re closed. so why have a sign that says you’ll be back when it’s closed? made everyone wait for no reason. the lady was big, had black hair and she looked hispanic.. was rude

Hey the manager was to busy on her phone the whole time and when I said can I get a manager she said she was so I said can this other girl make my drink and she said fine and she was super nice and made my drink the right way and wasn’t to busy on her phone to take my order thank you to her for being professional but the manager just seamed like she didn’t even want to be there and had a attitude with it but I would not come here unless you get it from the one girl she is nice everyone else looks like they hate there job feel bad for the girl

Bad customer service and the workers from Starbucks was sitting there talking to the target workers. We waited at least 10 to 15 minutes before somebody service. I still had to wait another 15 minutes to get cashed out my over all Experience is horrible. We never spent my money in this Starbucks on target in Fairfield again.

Worst Starbucks location in the country. They never apply discounts, so make sure they do before you walk away. There aren’t any baristas here; the girl taking orders and making coffees was unfriendly, and the manager was terrible. There’s another location nearby—stay away from this one.

Was there at 8:30am. One employee, the person in front of me must have asked for 6 different items that they were out of stock on, and then when they finally did order the barista was scrambling to find everything for over 10 minutes. When I finally was asked what I wanted, I asked for nitro cold brew and was told they ran out, I then asked for regular cold brew and was told they are out. So poorly setup and ran, will never return to this Starbucks.
