Pork ball lunch: pork balls (with bok choy) were unusual and excellent. The hot & sour was water. Overall, the food was unusual and excellent. Next time I'll get the wonton.
Dinner: dried tofu skin fried with peppers, sauteed kidney, deep fried boneless pork rib with rainbow pepper salt, hog maw with cilantro, stir fried clams, stewed chicken and mushroom with transparent bean noodle. Dim Sum: Shredded beef burger. Bao zi. The chef is a great master of northern style Chinese cooking, rich flavors yet light. Amazing.
Went here recently for a private Chinese New Year dinner and the food of the 12 courses delicious. The proprietor and staff were wonderful. Still, this was a more unique dinner than what's served up there, respectively.
