Good was plentiful and priced well. We were there for an hour for 2. The dervice was quick: Drink order, drinks & food order, food drop off, and then 2 check-ups one with the check. It was quite in the establishment, but it wasn't too loud that you couldn't talk to the members in the same table. Women's Bathroom was clean.
I rarely go out to eat, and meat is never my preference. But whenever I go to a diner, I order a cheese burger, because it is the meal that I expect it to be. If I wanted fish or Italian pasta dishes, I would go to a restaurant. My son invited me to the West Essex Diner because it's his favorite place to eat in the area where he lives. The diner was packed that Monday evening. We were promptly seated, but many people, who arrived moments after, waited for the next available...
I got a western omelette and my fiancée got a breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Also shout out to our waiter who ran after us when we forgot our desserts 🤣 we would have definitely missed those when we got home!
