I have been ordering from Angelo's for many years and never had a problem. Unfortunately last week I received the worst service I have received from them. I placed my order online and after an hour of not receiving it, I called the store and asked for the status and was informed they never received the order. So I placed the order over the phone and expressed that I had two children waiting and would appreciate if they could expedite the order. Another hour went by without receiving the food, only to find out that it was delivered to a completely different address. It then took another 15 minutes to receive my order. No apology, nothing... I am very disappointed in the service that day.

I have been ordering here for over twelve years and it remains the top go-to for a good pie or a sandwich around. The flavors are robust and the quality is high. Even a classic cheese pizza kicks butt. Try the grandma pie if you want something over the top. Service is friendly from in house to delivery. If you want a good pie at a fair price, order from Angelo’s!

UPDATE: After eating here every Friday for years we have had to many bad experiences lately. My wife and I made Angelo's our Friday night thing for years now. The food was great and the price was right. Recently, however, the quality has gone down more each time we ordered and the customer service we have received has been awful. Yesterday we ordered a pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it got here the wings were dry with no sauce and the mozzarella sticks were cold. And, as if that wasn't enough, when the delivery driver went to hand us the pizza it fell out of the box onto the sidewalk. When we called to complain we were met with such incredibly bad service. They didn't want to help us with anything. They thought we were lying about the wings and said they would send another pizza but they wanted the wings back. They didn't bring new wings or offer a credit for the cost, they just wanted to take them back. Lol! So, $80 later we got a pizza that I will say was awesome (from a delivery driver with a very bad attitude after getting a $20 tip for all of this) the second time around, but I had to do some work to fix the wings to our liking and heat up the mozzarella sticks. The manager was totally unhelpful and has just lost two excellent customers. Ever since the tall, bald guy left it went downhill fast! We will never order from her again.
