First time to this location. Looks like it should and service wasn’t bad at all. But my issue was with my coffee. Both coffees we ordered were clearly burnt and tasted super bitter. Not what I expect from this chain since I like their coffee but this was horrible. My friends live it the area and I told them how surprised I was at the quality of the coffee. Definitely not ok since this is their business. Must improve!

My go to location for whenever I’m craving some Dunkin’. My orders are always done correctly, and the employees are very sweet and kind. Great customer service and quick service as well. The new young girls who work there are doing a wonderful job. 10/10 :)

It's a your typical Dunk n Donuts. I Find that if you request butter on a bagel or corn muffin or any other ítem It's very pricey.

Ordered a pumpkin cold brew dark but couldn’t get it dark for some reason, we tried twice. but I must say they were very nice people!

Only gave one star because I have to! This place is horrible the lines are always so long, they don't accept mobile orders in the morning, the close before the time posted on the door, one girl working there had huge gross long nails that were so dirty I couldn't even drink my coffee and threw it out, the lattes are never hot, the men are always sitting at the window on their phone, this place should be condemned and closed. To be honest idk why Fairview health inspectors have not shut them down. I call corporate on them numerous times and nothing has been done. I always say let me give it another chance and I do and nothing has changed except for the worker with the gross nasty nails. DO NOT GO HERE AND WAST YOUR TIME and MONEY! You have been warned. This place should be closed!
