Staff is very friendly and efficient. There is hardly any wait time. Wish they offer a discount for first Responders as we all go there a lot!
For 2 mid hot coffee I waited 8 min , after 8.00 pm , 3 ladies over counter keep chatting , not recommended

This Dunkin Donut place is very clean and has verity selection of donut, coffee, and sandwiches. Bit sad that they reduced the number of donuts but they always have best sellers like jelly bean and my favorite cruller. Staffs are kind and friendly and would recommend to everyone.
My drink was always mediocre at best. I tried to give them a chance this past few years to make my drink right and never get it right when I order same thing all the time. I only ever stop by just because I can make one trip and go to food bazar.
The other branch in Cliffside park is way better and more friendly staff over there. Worth the trip. You could use them as a good example.
