Went to Dunkin today and the new girl with curly hair really messed up my wrap. I think she’s new, but they definitely need to train their employees better. She also looked sad, so hopefully management can support her more too.

I always come here for mobile order. They always make my order nice and quick. Never messed it up unlike some other locations.

The ONLY Hispanic lady working there is rude. When I told her my order was wrong she blamed it on me for ordering it “wrong”. Like just remake it quit the arguing.

I went to this location after having terrible customer service experience at the 1st location i went to in cliffside park and it was much better. Cliffside park one i sat in for 40 minutes after putting a mobile order for a coffee roll and a drink and not only did i not receive the order no one at any point asked if i was waiting for an order and it wasnt even busy. So i walked out and went to this location in fairview putting in the same mobile order and not only was this location busier my order was already ready when i walked in to pick it up. This location will now be my new go to

Dunkin’ Review: A Shining Star Named Sol
There are coffee shops, and then there’s Dunkin’—an irreplaceable part of our daily lives. But within the warmth of the freshly brewed coffee and the scent of donuts still warm from the fryer, there sometimes emerges a light so bright it elevates the entire experience. That light has a name: Sol.
Let me start by saying I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years. I know my order, I know the rhythm of the morning rush, and I know the difference between good service and something truly extraordinary. On a rainy Tuesday, I walked into my local Dunkin’ with nothing but sleep in my eyes and dread for the long day ahead. Then I was greeted by Sol—and everything changed.
From the very moment she smiled, it was like the clouds parted. Her energy wasn’t just cheerful—it was glazing, like the perfect glaze on a warm jelly donut: sweet, smooth, and exactly what you didn’t realize you needed until it’s there. Sol didn’t just take my order. She elevated it. She remembered my name by the second visit, my order by the third, and on the fifth she surprised me with a recommendation that is now my go-to—medium iced caramel swirl with oat milk, extra shot, and just the right touch of joy.
Sol’s work ethic is unmatched. Even at the height of the morning rush, she moves with grace, purpose, and a smile that makes everyone feel like a regular—even if it’s their first time. She knows the rhythm of the shop like a seasoned conductor leading a symphony. Orders fly in and out, the line inches forward, and Sol is the constant—cool, calm, always kind.
But her magic doesn’t stop at coffee. She’s helped a tired mom calm her toddler with a donut and a wink. She’s made an elderly man’s morning with a compliment and a free refill. She’s the kind of employee who doesn’t just clock in and out—she shows up, every single shift, with heart and humanity.
I’ve watched customers specifically wait longer just to have Sol take their order. That’s not luck. That’s not chance. That’s earned. That’s what it means to be the face of a brand.
Dunkin’, if you’re reading this—take note. You don’t just have a good worker on your hands. You have a legend. Sol isn’t just making coffee—she’s making mornings brighter, days lighter, and your entire company shine just a little more.
Thank you, Sol. For every warm smile, every perfect drink, and every unspoken “you got this” you hand out with every cup. Dunkin’ is lucky to have you. And so are we.
WITHOUT SOL DUNKIN WOULDNT HAVE A SOUL.

Took them 20 mins just to have two donuts and a hot chocolate ready. Also why is there like 10 people working behind the counter ?

Staff is very friendly and efficient. There is hardly any wait time. Wish they offer a discount for first Responders as we all go there a lot!
