I like this place and staff here they are very friendly and they respond to each and everything in a friendly manner and the coffee ,donuts ,sandwiches looks perfect and also tasty I love to visit this place more and more

Too many people behind the counter for no reason at all. Had to return cause I was given the wrong order, which by the way I believe they are not clean cause the lady kept the wrong sandwich after I had opened it. Restaurants are not supposed to keep the returned food by law, it should be thrown out. They should be inspected.

Ordered a dozen online, come to pick it up, and they say they had replace some of the items, fine, that probably happens, but when i got home, the donuts were really old, and one of the donuts definitely had some DUST on it, so it was some display item or really old. They might have gained couple bucks by pushing old inventory, but lost a customer. I will make sure anybody I know wont go there either!

terrible service. I order at least 4 mornings a week. I always order decaf tea ..3 out of the 4 orders I get coffee (dont even know if it's decaf but it's def not tea). this is ridiculous. the label says decaf tea but not the content. I went in to order in person. same crap. I end up arguing with them. They said if sticker says yea it's yea. I said show me the tea bag. They still insisted if label says yea it's yea. Wtf no one wants to work. Finally a manager came over. Looked. And could tell right away it was coffee. I need this aggregation over a cup of tea. Terrible

This location of Dunkin used to be good however, it went down in quality for the past few years. Served Spoiled doughnuts, Luke warm old coffee. Long lines with very slow service. Go to the Dunkin on Bergen Blvd instead. They won’t disappoint.
