She then proceeded to say there was nothing she could do about it. No effort to try to make a solution to my food, had to consume a food that wasn’t worth $20.

So I just visited this spot today because I've seen it before and wanted to try it out before bringing my family here. Little did I know it was going to be the worst experience ever. Not only did one of the waitresses mess up my order but I found a huge piece of plastic in the 2nd taco I was going to eat. They did the right thing in giving me a new order and I appreciated that. Come to find out as Im finishing the new order they have me which they served the right way, there was ANOTHER piece of plastic in my food. Told them I didnt want to make a big commotion and just make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. The thing that upset me the most was after this horrible experience there was not Type of discount or compensation for the 2 pieces of plastic I found in the food. After this experience I wouldn't be surprised if more people start finding plastic in their food and this place shuts down.

I went to have a family lunch and we had a horrible experience! I ordered tacos al pastor and the meat smelled weird by asking my family if it was me just being a picky eater but not the meat smelled strong and was type of sour! Also there a red sauce that is on small plastic cups that was also expired and had a horrible strong smell! The rest of the food was moderately good but even if when I told the waitress just recommended me to order something different as they were gonna use the same meat! If you go make sure the food is good and not expired!!

I just came out of there. The girls were really nice and very attentive. However, toward the end, the restaurant was empty—only me as a customer—and the waitresses were busy cleaning and stocking supplies. I called over a guy named Pablo and asked him three times for the check because I needed to get back to work, but he ignored me.
I understand he’s not a waiter, but being a team player means helping out when others are busy. If you see the staff occupied, step in and do your part. He only responded after I told him directly, “You ignored me,” and then claimed he hadn’t seen me—despite me being right in front of him the whole time. The others in the corner could see me, but apparently not him.
This isn’t the first time. He often stands behind the counter, more amused by customers than actually helping. Once, I came in with friends, and he was laughing at us. Not returning here again. Ladies, watch out!
DO NOT order from Tio Taco in Fairview. The food was rancid and spoiled. I ordered enchiladas de pollo en salsa verde with rice and beans, guacamole and tacos de cecina. The enchiladas, rice and beans tasted spoiled and old. I ate a couple of spoonful and it tasted weird. When I smelled the food, it was spoiled. Gross! Very disappointing given that this place is SO expensive. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and was given the runaround saying that the manager was in a meeting.

I feel like there miscommunication in my order. For 4 drinks (sodas) chicken and fries, fajitas, gringas (carnitas and cheese quesadilla) and steak and cheese I don’t find how our order came out to be $80! On the menu my order was only $7. Felt like I couldn’t ask anybody about it because not to be rude there was a language barrier and nobody understood what I was saying.

Well, on previous occasions, I ordered food almost often, but sometimes it happened that the food did not arrive on time and if it arrived, it arrived cold, ok you can reheat it at home and whatever you want, on another occasion I got a hair, I There was even a staple in the tacos, so what? Let me explain... I am Mexican and I know the richness of my gastronomy, NETA and with all the good vibes I tell you, so that you take action on the matter. Last night I went with some friends to dinner and they brought the almost cold food to the table, I don't want to sound like a poorly traveled guy, but this restaurant really lacks a CHINGOO. because they are screwing up on many things. The enchiladas that I ordered were tortillas from a bag, but they were okay, okay, but the screwed thing was that they were reheated to the point that they couldn't be cut with a fork 🍴 even if they were wet in the sauce. If you explained to me? . It's super shitty that you invite your friends and end up ordering food from other nationalities and The nachos they brought to one of my friends were almost cold, I don't understand why? . If I am a customer paying for even the food to be hot and fresh, the race intends to bring reheated food to the table, and in this case they brought a side of rice and beans that were very poorly reheated. Clearly this was the last time I go to this place. because not to mention the price, nothing to do with QUALITY&PRICE... there are places where you can go, you pay the same but it's definitely worth it.
