Gyro Loco & Prince Fried Chicken

The quality and quantity of food is good. There is when the good news about this place end. It is obvious that the place has not had an investment in quite a long time. Most things look old, signs are outdated, even the lightning should be better. Service is okay, even when they put no effort in explaining the menu. The atmosphere... there is no such thing. Clearly, they make their money with phone orders. The place is just not inviting for people to sit and spend some time there. There are better places in the area to spend your money.

Extremely good menu and even better chicken. I always stop by now whenever I come down from Connecticut. Cannot recommend enough.

Kid-friendliness: Close to bus stops and very walkable from schools. No inappropriate or risque art or posters, I recommend as a great meet up spot for teens.

I placed an order over the phone with owner of restaurant for a gyro but instead of wrapped I asked for the pita bread to be chopped up and put on a plate which I bought here many times before. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order I notice my order wasn’t right it wrapped in the gyro instead of chopped like I asked. So I tell the owner who then becomes upset starts yelling stating that he doesn’t do that and that he has never done that which was a lie. He was very disrespectful. If you are paying for something that you want to eat you should be able to eat it the way that you like it not the way someone is forcing you to eat it. That man was extremely disrespectful not a friendly establishment at all. The way that you treat your customers goes a long way.

This is the closest you will ever get to an nj diner in north bergen. Not a ton of seating, but they sell a ton of different food, and man, I am happy.

10/10 was looking for a place that opens late and I'm glad I came here. I had the chicken platter and it was one of the best that I have ever had. very nice decor and seating area. super friendly and kind staff. definitely coming back all the time.

These guys run an amazing business. All the food is made fresh and hot as well. Great customer service, and everything they make is just amazing. If you are in the area or live in the area. You need to check this place out, prices are not too bad either. They get 7 stars from me hands down.
