Today, January 6, 2026 I went at approximately 1:15 through the window and ordered A kids meal I ordered a six piece chicken nugget meal and I ordered two crispy deluxe chicken sandwiches. Well, needless to say, I checked my order before I left the parking lot and it was incorrect. It was missing one of the chicken sandwiches. I had to find parking go inside and claim my chicken sandwich. Well a little that I know that when I got home and started eating that sandwich. It was the most horrible experience of ever eating a McDonald’s chicken sandwich. It was hard, rough, chewy and just plain disgusting. Needless to say, I won’t be back to that McDonald’s ever.

There’s no workers here, you order something and they’ll give you the food 30 minutes later, worst part is they give you the wrong order.

We waited behind a car for more than 5 minutes to place our order. We both just kept saying “helloo”. There was no response I’m surprised we waited long enough for someone to say “hello i’m sorry” and “wait”. understaffed or what sounded like they were too busy chitchatting.

I have been going there for a few years and its getting worse then ever.. Today is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard....I went and got my breakfast and before I left..the manager told me to bring the shopping bag back because they are for UBER only! Who brings a bag back to McDonald's??????
we ordered drive thru and we thought everything is completed, they gave me the bag drinks then the receipt, when we checked the bag we are missing mcflurry.
