It's a hit or miss. Sometimes you have great staff, sometimes it can go sour. Wrong orders,items missing...attitude. customer facing employees should represent the brand... this one does not for me.

This location absolutely sucks for pick up as an Uber driver. Orders are NEVER ready despite being told to come here. The same goes for the Edgewater location that the same owner manages. This McDonalds takes the fast out of fast food ?

Rudest employees and worst service I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. I went on 1/6 7pm. The girl was extremely rude, didn’t even look in my direction and pretty much put the bag in my face and didn’t say a word. Don’t expect to be greeted either.The food is bad quality and tastes like it’s been sitting there for hours.If you want to get treated badly, come to this location!

By far the worst mcdonalds I've been to. They stay in the back the whole time, totally ignored the customers in lobby. Can't even get their attention for ketchup. Wrong orders left and right. They should be ashamed.

McDonald's, where taste goes to die. The fries were colder than the iceberg that sank the Titanic, and the burger, oh boy, it tasted like it took a detour through a microwave from the '90s on its way to mediocrity. The only thing that had more layers than their disappointment was my regret for choosing to dine there. Not only did the food taste like a culinary catastrophe, but the customer service was a performance art piece in incompetence. It was as if the staff had undergone rigorous training in the art of ignoring customers and perfecting the eye-roll technique. Bravo, McDonald's, for creating an experience where the only thing served efficiently was disappointment.

started off with my order in the drive thru. The person working 5pm-5:30pm 12/9/23 was rude. I spoke clearly more than one time about what I wanted & she decided to give me an attitude about it until she realized she was wrong & placed an order for me that I didnt ask for. It only caused the experience to go down hill from there. When I get to the window to pay I wanted to make sure she didn't include the order that I didnt ask for &she continued to give another attitude. She then, takes my money, gives me my change &drops it as she handed it to me. No big deal bc it can happen but she proceeds to say, "oh I dropped your change, do you even want it." Honestly it was a few cents probably no more than a quarter but because of how she pretty much made the decision for me to not give me more change since she dropped it was frustrating. Moving forward, Two of my orders had fries that were supposed to come with it. One fry small & large. All of which were cold, hard, stale. My Big Mac was cold too, seeming as if it was sitting for a while and I didn't even finish eating it. Also I ordered a four piece chicken nuggets with sweetsour, was charged for the order only to not have received it. Honestly with how bad my overall experience was it was probably good I didnt get the nuggets

I came in this morning and ordered a McGriddle w/a coffee. They asked me how I wanted my coffee and I asked for two creams and two sugars. The coffee did not have any sugar and so I returned to ask for two packets of sugar and a stirrer. The person that helped me seemed to have a look on her face like I was bothering her. She returned with Splenda which I did not ask for and a straw. To begin with, I am not diabetic nor did I ask for Splenda or a straw to drink my coffee. The customer service needs improvement or better training for staff here.
