Chicken is good, however as many others stated shipping is suspect. 1st package arrived fine with still unfrozen dry ice. 2nd package arrived dry ice completely evaporated and chicken thawed. Customer service said that was fine and evaporated dry ice happens but chicken safe to eat. Sent pictures with my thermal gun showing chicken above 40deg at time of opening and above danger zone. They then come back that chicken should be discarded and they have decided to longer ship to...read full review
Have ordered three times, I think. Twice had items omitted. I do like the product, but 2 out of three messups? Very quick to acknowledge and correct, however.
More than half of product arrived damaged, $100+. Spoke with customer service and they stated no replacements would be made even though packages had lost their seal and flavor smell was coming out of them. Previous, smaller orders from them had adequate shipping and packaging. I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to try, I would never place a large order as their $20 universal shipping containers are not suitable for anything larger than 5 pounds it seems.
