Chicken is good, however as many others stated shipping is suspect. 1st package arrived fine with still unfrozen dry ice. 2nd package arrived dry ice completely evaporated and chicken thawed. Customer service said that was fine and evaporated dry ice happens but chicken safe to eat. Sent pictures with my thermal gun showing chicken above 40deg at time of opening and above danger zone. They then come back that chicken should be discarded and they have decided to longer ship to my state due to extensive shipping issues to this state. How did it go from 'oh it's fine' to 'we've had a ton of issues with your state and need to stop shipping there'????

TL;DR: Their shipping is unpredictable, and their customer support is beyond unhelpful and rude. Do not buy.

Their shipping timeframe is unpredictable. The website implies that orders placed after Wednesday are shipped on Monday. Reality: Order on Friday, the package ships Tuesday, and arrives on Thursday. If it had arrived at any time earlier, I would have been home to receive the package, so I would either have rescheduled the delivery or let it sit on my doorstep for three days in the 100°F heat. UPS then reschedules again for Monday. The package sat on the truck all weekend. Arrived, and the contents are well above safe temperatures. Email customer service with photos, and they deny any responsibility. Now I'm out the price of the 5 lb pack because they couldn't give me an estimated delivery date like every other online merchant, and unexpectedly backed up shipping the order by an extra day. Additionally, their customer service representative (Leah B.) accused me of lying in their response and chose to argue with me in addition to refusing any remedy. Inferior customer service and downright rude people. I'm not only disappointed, but I'm angry. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve been using this service for years. Throughout the years, the quality of the chicken has been decreasing. As a recurrent customer. I am looking for an alternative places to get my chicken because even when I reached out to her customer service and voiced my concern, there was no action taken, and I didn’t feel like my voice was heard

Have ordered three times, I think. Twice had items omitted. I do like the product, but 2 out of three messups? Very quick to acknowledge and correct, however.

More than half of product arrived damaged, $100+. Spoke with customer service and they stated no replacements would be made even though packages had lost their seal and flavor smell was coming out of them. Previous, smaller orders from them had adequate shipping and packaging. I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to try, I would never place a large order as their $20 universal shipping containers are not suitable for anything larger than 5 pounds it seems.

Will not order again. When I received my order most of the packages were defrosted no big deal. I defrosted one in the fridge overnight both packages were leaking . I checked the ones in the freezer most of the lost the seal and formed ice crystals on all but one . Contacted the company told me it was normal . Ate some and my stomach was a wreaked for 3 days . Wasted over $100 on this. Never again.

So far I have tried the Jerk Chicken. I did not care for the taste of this flavor. And I love Jerk flavor. I still have the meat balls and one other flavor to try.

I am in love with their cilantro lime & use their pre contest plain almost everyday. They’ve recently made some improvements & more delicious than ever. It’s super quick, I grab a pack out of the freezer to thaw & stick it in the air fryer for a few minutes but you can throw it in any dish you’d like really.

My package arrived fast & I was impressed that upon opening it was chilled. 10/10 recommended for anyone looking to lose weight and make gains. Very clean & convenient for my weight loss journey. I’m down 5 lbs since changing my diet.

I’m so impressed with this company. Having the option to buy marinaded grilled chicken makes meal prepping and dinner so much easier. The chicken is absolutely DELICIOUS and pairs well with anything!! Highly recommend! 10/10

In the beginning they were great, I use them from time to time but recently I’ve been weighing each chicken pack precisely and they’re under weight. A lot of it is inconsistent, and they raised their prices. Doesn’t add up, raising prices but not giving me the actual amount of Oz of chicken listed on the bag… now I have to find a new prep company unfortunately.

Love, love, love this chicken and it is shipped quick and definitely still frozen.. packaged very nicely topped with dry ice and a nice protective layer ..makes meal prep simple as it gets!! 🐔👊🏽❤️.

On Tues. Sept. 17th I had my first order with this company- the 5Lb starter pack for around $100 after shipping costs. Well within their Sun-Wed ordering window to receive my order last week. I received a follow up email the next day stating that my order had received a tracking number and assigned to UPS. Two days later on the 20th, I receive an email from Leah Burns stating that due to circumstances out of their control my order would not be going out until Monday 9/23. Wait? I thought my order had already received a tracking number on the 18th? I complained and they offered me 10% off my next future order. I then emailed Leah to ask her on Friday the 20th when my order would finally be going out and she said Monday. So Monday comes and goes and nothing so I email in the afternoon to Leah Burns again to ask for the tracking number for the order I’m supposed to receive that day. She still to this day, has never answered that email and I received no order that Monday. I get an auto-generated email today Wednesday the 25th saying my order was assigned a tracking number via UPS. This is the same auto generated email. I received back last Tuesday the 18th. So I click on the tracking number and UPS still does not have the order in their possession. Again, I made this order on Monday the 17th. It’s now the 25th and UPS still does not have the order from the chicken pound. I have never tried their chicken and I have high hopes because I hate to cook. I am their ideal customer. However, their customer service is horrible and you cannot count on the products reaching you in a timely manner. I believe I should get a refund for this order. I was surprised they never offered this to me via email and it is a sad state of affairs when you have to go to social media as your only recourse. They have had my money since Monday the 17th.
