Avoid this dunkin' donuts at all costs her coffee tastes like it's s they're always tasting burnt you asked for splenda, they gave you sugar the gas for decaf, they give you regular or if they don't have decaf, they water down their regular I have seen them do it. do better or close down and your food tastes like a microwave for all the money we spend, it's ridiculous done with this dunkin' donuts boycott maybe you'll be a big hit on tiktok.I'm thinking about it there's a lot more things I could say maybe next time you go visit this messy place you'll receive a cup of coffee that tastes like water how's that happen I don't know . Going to this place makes me want to just stay home and make my own coffee because I know it come out right 💯

Liz (who was probably a manager) you get 1 star but because google is kind enough to give you a star. I understand we all have bad days but honestly if you are having one who shouldn’t be in the front like taking drive through and maybe be in the back doing something else. With that being said. I just went through the drive through to make an order to start with “can I help you” so I said good morning. She proceeded with can I help you ? Well dam ok someone might be having a bad day. No manners but it’s okay not everyone was raised with manners. As I said good morning to her she replied with a “ what do you want “. I said “one second the screen changed so I can’t see the menu.” I proceeded and said can I get a 6 $ menu. And she said on what. I said on a croissant as I was telling her no bacon she started to talk over me and ask ice or cold. I said did you hear that I said no bacon ? (Mind you she was talking over me while I said no bacon. ) I just wanted to make sure she heard me cause I can’t have bacon. She answer and said “ i heard you “ (in a nasty tone) and( a nasty attitude) I said ma’am. You don’t have to be rude ! Can you believe all she replied to what I said was “i heard you. “ I’m like you know what forget my order. Ima leave a review and she said okay? With a tone that she didn’t even care that her lack of customer service was so horrible. So Dunkin’ do better cause weather I buy 6$ worth of menu or 50$ customer service for everyone should be good. She didn’t even care that I was leaving a review and hey maybe it means nothing by and yall won’t say anything but at least customers know what to expect when coming to this location.

AM employees are absolutely wonderful. Evening employees, awful. Store supposed to be open until 8pm but two girls always lock the doors 7:40. You can tap, they hide. I needed to buy bottle of water to take a pill. Horrendous.

I ordered a side of snack and bacon which cost over $4 after tax. What I received was six tiny pieces of bacon that have put together equals one normal slice of bacon minus the fat. This was absolutely ridiculous, there is no excuse for charging people the amount of a 12 pack of Jimmy Dean bacon for a side of snack and bacon which would not fill up the 3-year-old as a snack. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people out of their money. Every other dunkin' donuts provides fresh whole pieces of bacon and you provided garbage. We will be back despite the fact that you are literally 0.1 miles from our house.
