Been here 5-7 times since they opened, thoroughly unimpressed everytime. Tonight was final straw (full pun intended). Somehow a large, hard vanilla milkshake tasted horrific, for the first time in my life, I threw it out after drinking like 10% of it. Like how does that get messed up?! The other times, ice cream was bland or icy or both

Everytime I come here there is no Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream . I would recommend you to call before you come . How do you sell ice cream and have no vanilla or chocolate????? Soft and hard ice cream !

You'll have some trouble with parking on some busy days but the ice cream makes up for it!

We just love this place irrespective of season !! It’s right next to Thompson Park in Monroe, so location is absolutely perfect. I personally like Maple Walnut. Kids love Cookies and cream, Vanilla Fudge, Mint chocolate chips. Point is you can not go wrong. Don’t miss it, if you are in neighborhood!!!
Yesterday my husband stopped for ice cream at our usual Farmingdale location and we want to commend the young lady working behind the counter by herself. She was pleasant but everyone felt bad for her as she was getting slammed as the line began to wrap around near bank. She needs be thanked for working a holiday weekend alone and where were the large family owners coming out to help her ???...she is a great employee

if they are going to charge premium prices for ice cream. They need to spend the money for premium quality. My soft serve vanilla cone with just water down milk. Great location cleanliness.. poor product
