Service was prompt and professional. Of note, my wife is gluten free and rarely has so many options to choose from as she does at L’Olivia. Incredible spread! We highly recommend L’Olivia and their food and staff! We come all the way from NYC to eat here.

Had lunch catered from here for a customer of mine. They couldn’t have been happier and so was I. The service in the restaurant when picking up was top notch and the food was delicious, priced right too. Definitely recommend this place, friendly and great food.

We've been to L'Olivia a few times now, and it's been a solid spot each time. We like their pizza (all types), pastas, and the entrees. Their vodka sauce is top notch!

The service is great, whether it's 2 or 10 or us. And the restaurant has a great vibe although it can get loud.

This place is fantastic! The food is top notch, and the price is right. My entire family can eat for the price of 2 in most restaurants. The wait staff is the most attentive I’ve seen. Empty glass? Not here! The owner is always here. If he’s not working he’s talking to his customers. I cant say enough. Try this place you will not regret it!

We went on Saturday for dinner...My wife had Eggplant Rollatini for an appy and Chicken Francese for dinner...I had the Sauteed Clams for an appy and the Seafood Fra Diavolo for dinner....Everything was Excellent....Next we will try the pizza...

Just ordered Chicken Francese (delivery) and it was delicious. The sauce was divine, the chicken was tender, the potatoes were perfectly roasted and the green beens were fresh - as was the side salad.
This was my first time trying this restaurant and but it will not be my last. Loved every bite. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.
Also the delivery was very good and prompt considering the distance.

We went right at opening time. We got a couple of speciality slices and they all were not hot enough which was the least of our worries, but it was flavorless and tasted old as well. Not impressed. Pretty inside and the people were nice though.

I attended L’Olivia for a bridal shower. I am gluten free and can usually find something at a venue, so I didn’t make a big deal. When they caught wind of me being gluten free, they rolled out the red carpet. I have never had so many gluten free options, ever! In 8 years of eating gluten free, I’ve never had a gf mozzarella stick. I had one at L’Olivia’s and it was the best one I’ve ever had! The chicken parm was amazing as well as the penne vodka!! I was also brought out gf zucchini and gf calamari!! My table had regular pizza and my gluten free pizza. They loved the gluten free pizza too!! I Highly recommend the very attentive and kind staff and the thoughtful owner who was on his game the whole event.

I have been touring NJ and NY with my son this summer testing out many pizza places from DiFara, Delucas, to VICS and Lucci and many other pizza places. This place is in our top three. We had a grandma pie and a regular pie. Both were absolutely outstanding. We will be back for more and very soon.

What a Gem!

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who made us feel like family. His attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be an incredible dining experience.

The food was nothing short of amazing — every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavor and clearly made with love. The portions were very generous (come hungry or be ready for leftovers!), and everything we tried was absolutely delicious.

It's rare to find a place that nails both service and food so perfectly. I truly can't wait to go back — what a fantastic find!
