Our House Restaurant and Banquet Facility

Una gran decepción con el servicio y la experiencia Compramos una oferta a través de Gustazo para disfrutar en Our House Restaurant, pero lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy mala. Al llegar, nos dijeron que todas las mesas —más de 60 según ellos— estaban reservadas, lo cual no era cierto. A pesar de haber hecho una reservación, nos sentaron en la barra, lo cual fue incómodo e irrespetuoso. Además, confundieron los platos que pedimos, y una de las carnes llegó extremadamente salada, al punto de tener que devolverla. No se ofreció ninguna disculpa ni compensación por el mal rato. Uno espera que una oferta como la de Gustazo sea una oportunidad para conocer lo mejor de un restaurante, pero en este caso, fue todo lo contrario. No lo recomiendo y no volveré. Muy por debajo del nivel que prometen.

Amazing. We had our daughter’s sweet 16 last weekend at this venue and can not recommend this place enough! From the planning down to the nights end, the owner and his staff were incredibly attentive and bent over backwards to please! The food was excellent and plentiful, the venue was kept clean, the staff were on top of any soiled dishes and cups on the tables, and the outside area is gorgeous at night with the lights and waterfalls. There were small touches I wasn’t even aware of until the evening of our event. The mocktail bar for the kids had a menu where our daughter’s name was included in the names of all the drinks, flavors of the ice cream were more than the chocolate and vanilla other venues offer, the coffee was amazing, and the staff even helped clean our decorations at the end of the party. Everything I just mentioned and likely much more I’m forgetting at the moment all less expensive than most other venues we considered. Thank you again to Ravi and his staff for an incredible experience!

Among the best places in the area to see live music (like LOUSY NEIGHBORS..). Great food, friendly and attentive staff and cozy surroundings, make Our House Restaurant one of our favorite places!

Went for dinner tonight and to see the band. Both were really good!! I had the drunken clams. Delicious. Everyone was happy with their meals. Chocolate mousse great yummy. Upside Band was great!!

Recently attended a banquet for Howell Pop Warner, and the experience was disappointing to say the least!

The "banquet room" was super overcrowded and uncomfortable, the tables, were SO crowded & close together the backs of the chairs were touching!!!
I don't understand how tickets were still being sold st the door when they couldn't comfortably accommodate the people already in the room!!

Secondly, the food was just awful, I paid $40/ticket and when my table was called for the buffet, there was NO FOOD LEFT!!

The entire experience was distastastefully done, as a Pop Warner parent that was the last banquet I will be attending there! Super disappointing!!

The food here was good, but the service not so much. We made a buffet reservation and had to wait 15 minutes for our table upon arriving. The server forgot one of the drinks when she was bringing them to our table. You'd think silverware would automatically be on your table, but we had to ASK. We got coffee with the dessert and it was cold. And then she had the audacity to write a $33 gratituity tip for 4 PEOPLE!!! Horrible service and very disorganized. I'm never dining here ever again.

My wife and I went here for a Thanksgiving buffet. The food was rather good, however the service left a lot to be desired. Management in my opinion needs to spend some time better training the wait staff.

It's ok. Highly over priced for the quality you're getting. It tastes good, flavors are there. But if you're not making your pasta in house the price shouldn't be so high. Same thing goes for the steaks if they're not like grass-fed and at the very least then I mean the prices are just a little bit up there for the quality cut you're getting. The service is pretty good. The atmosphere is great. But yeah I probably wouldn't recommend it because there's many other places that are cheaper serving up dry aged steaks and in housemate pastas for less
