Pho 1 on Route 206 became Umami House. For Chinese takeout at its price point, the lunch options are slightly above average. As shown in the picture, lunch came with generous portions of beef, good amount of pork fried rice and soup. All tasted fresh, sufficiently flavored with no need for additional sauce packets.
The bahn mis are so delicious! The bread and veggies were very fresh and the chicken was high quality, beef was well cooked and very tender. They were wrapped thoughtfully so I didn't have to change my shirt after eating which I almost always have to do after a bahn mi. So happy to have this place close to home and highly recommend to others!
I got the lunch special and still received a huge portion of food and a drink - I got a Vietnamese iced coffee and curry with pork fried rice. Everything was super fresh and tasted incredible. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
