This place is a gem!
This bakery seems to be quite an attraction. I did try a loaf of bread and it was good. Great sourdough recipe. They were a bit busy and had nowhere to sit.
I have to give the service a one star. I've been trying to contact them via their email that they have in their contact info. I did this twice asking about some of their product availability. I didn't get anything back. This is after a month plus of waiting.
Omg anything here is delicious
Planning our first visit to Flemington, I spotted this place on Google Maps. After reviewing the menu, my wife and I knew we had to give it a trip. So glad we did. The food and coffee were great for our breakfast, so we went back the next morning. They open at 9:00, so it's best to go early before they run out of their fresh made items. The line starts before they open!
When in Flemington--this place is a most.
Bread & Culture is an amazing local Flemington establishment that has out-of-this-world amazing sourdough bread (many varieties), pastries and breakfast goodies. We love this place!! It’s so quaint and lovely inside, and the porch seating is wonderful for experiencing the local flavor. The service is fantastic, with the people behind the counter always super friendly. Definitely recommend without a doubt!
I recently discovered this place and glad I did. Everything here is delicious and the service is exceptional. Even when the lines are long, they do a great job getting everyone served quickly. I always get the Cinnamon roll and take a loaf of the country bread home. If you’re looking for an opportunity to experience the value of why to use sourdough when baking, this is the place to come to. By far, my favorite local bakery!
Pizza was pretty good and the crust was nice too. The Cuban sandwich had really good potential to be better, but the mustard was a bit spicy and kind of ruined the taste. Also waited like 20 minutes for them to heat up our food.
A fantastic artisan baker. Possibly the most amazing almond croissant I've ever seen. This place takes it's baking cues from super high-end bakers like Tarfine (San Francisco.) If you are anywhere near this place and traveling through and love truly superior baked goods this place is worth a stop.
Just unbelievable great croissant and coffe

Exceptional sourdough bakery. Their olive oil and sea salt loaf is to die for.
Besides the awesome food and drinks, the staff is amazing! Always Pleasant and knowledgeable!
Favorite bakery!❤️
I’m sorry but NO.
I’ve been hearing about this place for the longest and I finally decided to do the drive and see what it is about.
I figured the long line means this place is bomb!!! Only to realize that it is so misleading!!
Pastries look phenomenal but that’s all there is:looks. There is no fluffiness to the croissant,no sweetness to the blueberry shortcake and no actual flavor to any of the other pastries.
Bread was good so at least that.
But I don’t get how anyone with taste buds would consider this to be delicios……
Not to mention that they run out of stuff super fast since they make only a small number of each item so you’re pretty much forced to eat whatever is left.
Service is super slow and the fact that people never leave their table is just beyond frustrating. Why don’t you have a busser cleaning tables and telling people to leave?? There should be a limit on their seating time because I really don’t feel like eating my extremely expensive lox bagel on a bench or in my car.
Super friendly staff and the most delicious bread and croissants! Great space!
