This is our Flemington/Raritan go-to. My family has tried every Mexican place in town and Viva is hands down, the best in our opinion. Their chicken has never been dry (something a lot of other places suffer from) and their salsas are so flavorful.We just tried their breakfast too (tres leches french toast and chorizo omelet) and that did not disappoint either.I urge everyone in town to try all of the different Mexican spots they can, you'll almost definitely end up coming back...read full review
Fresh, delicious food with the friendliest staff you could imagine. Such a lovely casual atmosphere. The huge vegetarian burrito with mole sauce is amazing and it's hard to finish, it's so generous. Bring a few beers and you'll love it here!

Delicious fajitas, chicken and steak. Decent sized portions and served with a mix of flour and corn tortillas. Quick and pleasant service. It's a nice place to enjoy a meal, funky art everywhere with 3 or 4 different rooms and multiple patios. Looking forward to going back for dinner outside.
