Went back again for breakfast. THE BEST COFFEE AND BREAKFAST IN FLEMINGTON! Reminds me of Cafe con Leche in Key West. Had another canoa with the coffee. Delicious. Owners are incredibly friendly and will accomate your requests.

Pupusas were the best I jave outside of Central America. I had 2 chicharrone and cheese and 1 loroco, plus horcata ( Central American horchata de moro, not the inferior Mexican horchata which is made only with rice). Staff was friendly and efficient prices reasonable. Only complaint was the music was a bit to loud.
Fantastic food, extremely friendly staff, and amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend

Rosita Restaurant serves wonderfully tasteful Honduran specialties, including fantastic and flavorful Pork Ribs and well-seasoned Fajitas. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including delicious Pupusas, and has a friendly staff. Although service can be slow, the food is definitely worth the wait. The location is clean and wheelchair accessible, with a small threshold.
