NEW OWNERS WITH AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. True hidden gem. Big portions of pupusas, baleadas, tacos, burritos, stews and so much more. Huge menus with many choices for kids or picky eaters. We had a crazy pupusa. A 12" pupusa loaded with gooey cheese and meats, so fun. The enchildas were stand outs. Not rolled but served tostada style. Excellent beleadas( huge soft taco). Must try. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating and no need to speak Spanish. Very welcoming
I love this place! I will drive 45 min just to eat here. I order there trays and it is enough food for 2 people and it's less than $30. Highly recommend if you are in the Flemington area.

Rosita Restaurant serves wonderfully tasteful Honduran specialties, including fantastic and flavorful Pork Ribs and well-seasoned Fajitas. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including delicious Pupusas, and has a friendly staff. Although service can be slow, the food is definitely worth the wait. The location is clean and wheelchair accessible, with a small threshold.
