My husband and I are big Mexican foodies, we both found the food Delicious and Appealling. We sat in their outdoor seating area, which is adorable and clean. The host and waitress were Beyond thoughtful, always saying excuse me, checking on drink needs consistently, made sure I had my extra salsa, the food was Delicious and they were so kind and friendly - always smiling "its so beautiful out today!" And "hope you have a nice day!". I returned alone for lunch afew days later, sat indoors (cute decor and clean tables), ordered the same item and got a single portion this time, still Delicious! Different server (no host) and he was Just as obliging! I Will 100% return to this restaurant when in town again. Highly reccomend. I'd stay selfish and say "no one go, so I can enjoy a quiet, easily accessible favorite" but I'd LOVE to see them popular and in demand!

Delicious fajitas, chicken and steak. Decent sized portions and served with a mix of flour and corn tortillas. Quick and pleasant service. It's a nice place to enjoy a meal, funky art everywhere with 3 or 4 different rooms and multiple patios. Looking forward to going back for dinner outside.

This is our Flemington/Raritan go-to. My family has tried every Mexican place in town and Viva is hands down, the best in our opinion. Their chicken has never been dry (something a lot of other places suffer from) and their salsas are so flavorful.We just tried their breakfast too (tres leches french toast and chorizo omelet) and that did not disappoint either.I urge everyone in town to try all of the different Mexican spots they can, you'll almost definitely end up coming back to this one.

If you like being chiseled, go here. Small complimentary chips and salsa. If you want more chips, you have to pay $5.95 for gucamole, which is essentially half an avocado, AND chips do NOT come with it. I guess they must want you to eat the gucamole with a spoon unless you pay for chips! We had the smallest enchiladas and burritos ever. And they get you on the way out with a debit/credit card fee. And their receipt with the recommended tip starts with a minimum recommended tip of 20%.

Fresh, delicious food with the friendliest staff you could imagine. Such a lovely casual atmosphere. The huge vegetarian burrito with mole sauce is amazing and it's hard to finish, it's so generous. Bring a few beers and you'll love it here!
