Capuano's in Flemington is a cozy restaurant offering BYOB service. The service is fast and fantastic, with delicious fresh oven bread and large, fresh salads. The Chicken Francaise has a good lemony sauce, while the Chicken Parmesan is served with plenty of sauce and linguine on the side. A favorite dish is the Chicken Capuano with Broccoli Rabe, which is flavorful and tender. The interior is simple but clean, with competent wait staff. Their pizza is also a hit, not too greasy, and the mozzarella sticks are well-breaded. The pastas are consistently delicious and the prices can't be beat. The cheesesteak is very good with a super soft fresh Italian roll. The sweet and sour calamari with balsamic glaze appetizer was so good, and the Veal Parmigiano was delicious. The service was excellent and the waitresses were attentive and friendly. This is a top-notch restaurant for a satisfying meal.
