I visit this special restaurant many times as I enjoy the special air that is characterizes this place. The personel is exceptionally helpful and qualified. The service is pretty rapid. Also, the food they cook is magnificent. I ate there more than once and I was never disappointed. The rate is honest. I highly recommend this place to to all.
We went to Jake's on Sunday for the buck a shuck oysters. We went about 3:00 PM, sort of in between lunch and dinner. There were four of us. Three of us ordered a dozen oysters each. They were fine, served with sides like mignonette sauce, cocktail sauce and horseradish on the side. Two folks at the table had the Sauvignon Blanc by the glass. They were quite happy. We enjoy to go out. Last night we arrived in this superb place which we didn’t know before. We passed a delightful evening there with superb dishes and a nice stuff and a distinguished chef. We put this place in our list and we shall no doubt go again very soon. Highly recommended.
