I come to this location every week to write. The staff is courteous and friendly. I love that they know my order. It makes me feel like family.The bathrooms are spotless! Anyone who knows about the food industry, knows bathrooms are the indicator to a clean establishment. The whole store is clean!
I've been seeing a lot of reviews about the trouble this starbucks is having. To my knowledge when I was having issues with an online pick up order, they informed me that they are understaffed. I think that explains a good amount of the reasonings why they may be slower with timing. Overall, the staff is very friendly and will often accommodate any issues I've presented to them in the past. Pretty good at making my beverages correctly and the drive-thru is fairly quick; HOWEVER, this place operates whenever they feel like it. Many times I have come here during their listed business hours and they have a sign on the pick up window saying they are closed. You can’t even go by the hours of operation in the app because they don’t keep it updated. Terrible management.
