Looking for a good local spot for Spanish food and found it.Ordered the mofongo de pernil.Food was flavorful and fresh.Fast,friendly service as well.Will return to try out the other items on the menu.

I went to El Viejo Fred and honestly it was really good. The food tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. I tried the mofongo and it was probably my favorite thing—it was seasoned really well and the portion was big too.

The place itself felt chill and the people working there were nice and respectful. The food didn’t take too long to come out, which I liked. It’s a good spot if you’re just trying to eat something good without it being too fancy.
