Guy forgot my hash browns. Had to turn back around to go get it. When it finally got to me, it was colder than ice. That’s a shame.

Convenient but absolute trash.

I came by to grab my husband a large latte for the guy to hand me a small. I said oh I'd ordered a large and he tried to convince me I had said small. I genuinely have never ordered a small lol my husband is 6ft 7 and in the military, he needs all the coffee he can get. The barista told me he's not argumentative and according to him, I had definitely said small and that I was probably distracted with my two kids and two dogs in the car after taking them to the vets. Trust me when I say I wasn't distracted, they were all on their best behaviour as they often are. He just kept coming at me and I told him I'm genuinely a really polite person and to just drop it as he kept going on!
When I tried to grab the coffee from him as he handed it to me, he wouldn't let me have it until I paid with my card first.
I live on a military base lol I'm not exactly gonna get very far if I wanted to steal a freaking LARGE pumpkin spiced latte.
The dude has obviously never been told he's wrong in his entire life! What an absolute weirdo.

I regretted visiting this location today. After getting my coffee, I accidentally spilled a little coffee on the counter. I immediately cleaned it up with napkins, but apparently that wasn’t enough for the short man wearing an earpiece. He insisted that I notify the staff because I hadn’t cleaned inside the metal holes. I told him the counter looked fine to me, which seemed to upset him even more. There were no signs asking customers to report spills, so his reaction felt unnecessary. Some employees here seem more interested in arguing with customers than helping them. I’ll stick to the Starbucks on base from now on.

The male associate was very rude and had so much attitude. It was my first time at dunkin so I wasn’t sure what to order. I asked for his recommendation and simply put it as “whatever you want”. I ordered the simplest thing off the menu since I had no idea what to get and when asking for the size I wasn’t able to understand him so I asked “i’m sorry?” and with attitude responded, “what size? I need to know the size and temperature” while laughing. After the card reader popped up to pay he simply walked away to start the drink and said to pick up on the other side. I got my order and it tasted horrible. $5 for a small coffee and I would’ve just thrown it away at the first sip. Not worth it.

So many reviews about the sassy clerk, which I can handle. Like that’s fine, it is what it is. But they will look you in the face and lie to you when you order cold brew, then give you iced coffee, and you question them. “Are you sure this is cold brew? This is not what it usually looks like.” “Yes” Also we’ve had a couple issues with the donuts icing being lacking. I want to encourage people to fill out the surveys on your receipt, that’s the only way anything will change. Never again.

HORRIBLE & RUDE SERVICE !! While the location is convenient, the food and service quality is disgusting. Had I known I would’ve had to deal with an billigerent fool first thing in the morning, I would have gone somewhere else. I went there on 7/13/2025 at approx 7:10am; order #1618 (Sanchez) and ordered a large order for my unit. I never received my receipt. When I inquired about my receipt the Indian guy at the front counter shouted and said “it’s too late we threw it away”. I politely asked him to please re-print a receipt as I had a large order and need to request payment from other people I bought food for. He kept insisting that it was too late and kept yelling at me that “he was too busy”. When I explained that he never provided a receipt for my order he started to shout that he “Serves” me (the military; Fort Dix) and that I shouldn’t get upset at him for how he “serves” us. He became billigerent and disrespectful. He then walked over to the register and prints my receipt. Took him LESS THAN 10 seconds. All the time he wasted to shout and be billigerent he could’ve printed my receipt and gone on about his day.
For the record, HE DOES NOT “SERVE” the military community. Dunkin Donuts is not the USO. He collects a paycheck to do his job and provide customer service to PAYING Dunkin Donuts customers and should act the part or find a another job.
