The only reason this place still exists is because it’s convenient. Convenience is not the same thing as quality. Because they’re in such a rush to throw donuts in the boxes all the icing comes off of them. You’re not buying donuts, you’re buying bread.

Young man working on 3/11/25 at 3 pm was very rude. The young man gave my husband our order And close the window right away I asked my husband to ask him for ketchup and then he came back and gave us ketchup but when he did, he said next time, ask for ketchup with your order instead of sitting here looking at me. The comment was unnecessary.
My husband responded that he didn’t know and the employee close the window before he finished talking.

Older guy that takes orders needs to be fired. He is not only nasty but yells at you through the intercom because he can't understand English well and can't speak it well either. I had points on my dunkin app to get a free coffee I literally showed him before I redeem them and he knew I had them and because of his system not working on his end he said I couldn't have it free with a nasty tone. Even though I built those points and wanted to use them. Please someone fire this man. His service is horrible!! 😠

Really upset, I just went to this Dunkin, ordered my food and drink as the lady handed me my stuff she said nothing to me at all, ( I always let it go because she’s rude every time) I had asked her when they got the spider doughnuts in( my daughter has been begging me and they are sold out usually) she said “whenever” mumbling under her breath and walked away. I waited for her to Come back to the window to ask for a manager and she said to me that I needed to move forward and that there was a line. I have NO idea why she was so rude. Meanwhile my kid is in the back of the car watching me cry, because this lady is talking to me like I’m trash. The manager says to me that she was making a fresh batch, and was very kind. Am I the only one who has experienced this with this woman? I think she’s only been here a couple months. I wouldn’t go to this location anymore just a heads up.
