9°(Degree) Golf - Golf Simulator, Bar & Restaurant

Made a reservation online, arrived at location, and its closed due to construction.

We booked week in advance (in person) for 16 people to celebrate my husband and son’s birtday. We got to the location on the day we booked only to find out they are closed (under construction sign). We did not get any communication and we couldn’t even talk to anyone. No one is picking up their phone either. For whatever reason they are closed it is very rude, unethical and unprofessional to do this. Theya have ruined everybody’s day and schedule. If only I can give negative stars I would. It’s not even enough on what they did to screw us up big time. AVOID AT ALL COST. I’d be surprise if they will be open again

Staff was so kind! I love it here. We paid 45 for the room and it was so much fun. It was high tech and I would definitely reccomend!

Food is yum but pricey.

Absolute garbage simulators. The mats are falling apart and the machines are very inaccurate

Had a great time here the other night, very fancy bar and the golf simulator was awesome, even if you don’t play golf.

So many options in the simulation golf field. Did not feel the value here to pay more. Any real golf club has a bag drop! Appreciated if you can accommodate for the high out of the pocket experience felt here at 9 degree.

Celebrated my birthday here but was deeply disappointed by the treatment and service. We ordered food and before we received the food, we were presented with a bill to pay in advance. I asked another patron who was dining, and they were not presented with a bill in advance. They were not black. Now, I have traveled the world and never encountered this. Also, we later found out that there were two menus when our server gave us one menu, and a guest who arrived later was presented with a menu where the same food was 20% less than the menu we were presented with. When asked about this we were told for the first time that there is an event menu and a standard menu. We had to order our food directly at the bar and the server only took the food order. We were never offered water for the table and each time we had to go looking for our server. I will not revisit this place we were not allowed to show our displeasure with tipping because 20% was charged on the bill.

It's a cheap system, I've never even heard of it lol.
The ball didn't come out well for nearly 3 hours, so I had to use my hand to play!!!

Go find the golf zone!!!!
The owner is the most important system in screen golf, so it is a mystery how they set it up so cheaply!!!!
Don't waste your money so you'll get cancer!!!!!
