This is, without question, the best sushi I've had in New Jersey.

From the very first bite, I could immediately tell why Akasaka is so highly recommended. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh, and the sushi and specialty rolls were all outstanding. Every dish was prepared with great care, and the quality and attention to detail were evident in every bite.

Awesome place to get take out. Rolls are delicious and the sushi is always fresh. I appreciate the fish to rice ratio because the fish they cut is thick. I get my moneys worth :) roll platter is 100/100

Got the medium sushi and roll platter here today and the itamae chef over delivered on my order! 150% satisfied with my order and the quality of the sushi pieces were beyond my expectations. I really love sushi and sashimi and hate when I get bland poor quality pieces but this is the first time I tried this place and found my new favorite go to! I gave the atmosphere a four out of five because it is after all takeout and if I gave it a five, then this review might not seem...
