My 2nd time having Dim Sum there. We got there just after opening so the wait line wasn't long, we waited about 20 minutes after input our information on the iPad in the front. The Dim Sum was excellent (Currently 2nd place on my Northern NJ Dim Sum list after Green Lake only because of the food taste which is very personal, but Aquarius has way better decor ) service was fast and fresh, all the servers and waiters were quickly available and responded accordingly. I have been to this restaurants a few times over the years and it is on of those restaurant that lack consitency. There were times that I have been there and food taste fresh and delicious and other times everything I ordered tasted like food from yesterday that was reheated.
The food was nothing special. Especially the house special stir fried shredded squid, scallops with mixed vegitable was not as good as the waitress recommanded. Neither the MapaTofu.
But the service was okay. And the interior of thee restaurant was not impressive. They tried to use the lighting a focal point but it was not enough.
