I ordered a medium onion rings, but when I opened the container, there were only a few onion rings on top and the rest was filled with French fries underneath. I specifically ordered and paid for onion rings, not a mix of fries and onion rings.

This was really disappointing and feels misleading. If you’re going to charge customers for onion rings, the container should actually be filled with onion rings. I’ve attached a photo of what I received.

The food is what you expect. The ladies working there are very friendly, and take pride in their work. Because the service is impressive for a fast food chain, I am leaving a good review.

During Hurricane Sandy, this was the only establishment in walking distance to me that had power up and running as soon as the storm was over and even during the storm. The line wrapped around the store multiple times over, but Burger King fed us all.
