Very nice and clean Cafe with friendly staff and nice ambience. You have to self order at a computer kiosk. The staff is helpful if asked. They seem to use good quality ingredients. Prices are a little high. Not sure why but they seem to add a tip automatically to your bill without notifying you.
It was very busy, but we were lucky to find a table. Staff will tell you to find a table first (first & second fl or outside) then order as it's very crowded.
We ordered corn bingsu, peach and mandarin orange ade, Earl Grey cream, and black sesame madeleine.
