This location is 8/10 times a miss. They are almost always out of forks and spoons, and no one says anything until you get to a register, and when you ask them for something to eat the food you just bought with they say “oh sorry, we are out” and that’s it. Almost always they are out of something and you have to wait for 10+ minutes, waisting your lunch hour, today it was rice. They were out of BOTH white and brown rice. They are extremely disorganized, manager will put one person on mobile orders that just keeps stacking them up, they are sitting there prepared just waiting for someone to slap a sticker on them and put them in a bag, you would think they would have 2 people on that station, but no, on the other hand there is 3 of them at the register (absolutely no need for that) where one of theirs job is solely it seems like to push you every time to try new ranch… They need a new manager asap.

staff is nice and do a good job when it comes to prepping the food. dining room is so dirty though. overflowing garbage, every table has food scraps/trash on it. And this is every time i'm in, not an isolated event. Easy to fix this issue though!

One of the best Chipotle if not the best location I’ve been too. One of the employees that works the cash register, Madelyn (spelling?) is so incredibly kind and has such a great attitude she is the reason I love coming here. Such a great person.

I’ve been ordering takeout from Chipotle about once a week, and I always get the same order. But lately, there have been repeated issues. One time, the guacamole was missing from my Chips & Guac. Another time, rice was added when I had clearly requested none, and I had to pick it out. And today, I didn’t even receive my Chips & Guac at all. 😞
What’s going on lately? Is it just me, or have others been experiencing the same? I love Chipotle, but these mistakes are making it harder to enjoy my usual meal.

Simply put, avoid at all cost. Placed an online order (bad idea, I know) after a 2 year boycott with the thought “how bad could it be?”
Ordered for a steak bowl with rice, beans, and quite a few toppings but nothing out of the norm. I received bowl with beans, chicken, lettuce, and cheese. It was almost laughable. They placed only 4 out of 9 ingredients I ordered in the bowl and didn’t even include rice. It can’t be understated how pathetic that is. It’s not like they just forgot corn.
What even more fascinating is that online ordering takes all the guess work out of the process. There are no miscommunications or misinterpretations of what a customer asked for. They just read off a screen or ticket and place the items listed in a bowl, yet still somehow… Lesson learned.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE MANAGER.
My daughter and I visited this Chipotle location on Saturday May 3rd and immediately noticed that the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. There were four employees at the front counter—one serving rice, beans, and meats; one handling the sides; and two at the register. Additionally, there was one employee in the kitchen and a manager who was loudly reprimanding/yelling at that kitchen staff member for not refilling one of the meats and a rice option.
While I completely understand the need to address staff performance, doing so loudly and in front of customers is inappropriate and unprofessional. The manager’s behavior was distracting while we were trying to select my sides, and the employee assisting us at the moment was having trouble hearing us due the managers voice. The cashiers appeared visibly uncomfortable during checkout.
The staff was polite—though noticeably quiet, likely due to the tension. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable for both staff and us as customers. I believe the manager would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with employees, ESPECIALLY in front of guests.
As for the food, it was consistent with what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle—very flavorful and enjoyable!

When there on Wednesday, as I was waiting in line, I saw one of the staff cleaning the counter and putting back the left over food on the counter back to the serving trays. It was disgusting, I told the cashier about it and she didn’t see to be concerned, besides, the place is always dirty.

Food usually tastes good, but the service here is hot garbage. Please hire Line staff/cashiers who don't avoid eye contact with customers or completely ignore customers who are waiting patiently. Also, actually listening to what the customer is saying instead of going off what you think the customer is saying goes a long way!! Incompetence is not cute, it's a sign of complete and utter ignorance and wastes so much time.
The service is really good and the people that work there are very nice. Never had an issue with my food.

Rude employees actually talk about the customers. How is it a friendly environment? It sounds like discrimination when the establishment thinks they can talk about the customers and who they want or don't want coming here.
