“The food was amazing. I typically don't get wow'ed by food because I like and eat Flushing and there's a lot of good food everywhere, but I was already planning my second trip here as I was eating dessert here. The people here were also sooooo nice, I don't know why I'm so jaded by humanity, but the kindness blew me away in addition to the food. We had a baby with us and she was getting hungry too; when I tell you the owner (I think she was the owner) dodged and backflipped to get that hot water and cool water to us, I couldn't believe it myself. The sincerity I felt at this place felt almost familial.“
“cozy little creperie! you might miss it if you're not looking. The lady making my crepes was so sweet and kind. The crepe was delicious - i had the mushroom crepe and a mascarpone jam crepe. They were both amazing! Love this little neighborhood gem.“
“I was visiting the store. The store manager Kadia was so nice so patient. She showed me all chocolate and explained the ingredients and taste. It was a very happy shopping experience. I liked the chocolate, liked the store and the nice lady Kadia. Definitely coming back again!“
“My two nieces and I popped in this morning on our way to the Natural History Museum. I’ll admit I was hesitant but thankfully I listened to my nieces! I had the avocado and eggs in a crepe, which was the best gluten-free sandwich I have ever had. Did not miss the bread at all. My 14 year old chose the Nutella crepe with banana and the 9 ounce Açaí bowl. Oldest selected one of the big bowls … it was a work of art. Highly recommend and we will be back on our next trip. All the best on your growth plans!“
“This place is so cute. I'm so glad we stopped by, the food was delicious. The thing that stuck out the most was how SWEET the cashier was. A food delivery guy walked in and didn't speak English or French, the cashier finally found out what language he spoke and told him "Welcome to America brother!". He had a smile on his face, even though I wasn't sure what to get and was figuring it out while I ordered ? cute little interior, fits about 6 people but the food is the BEST!“
“I went just before closing and fell in love. Brand new shop. Super clean inside and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was really nice and welcoming and ice cream is so good. I had trouble choosing because there’s so many options.Update: I’m STILL coming here!!!! & it’s my favorite. My go to order:• Supreme Nachos: (3 scoops)- pistachio, cookies & cream, banana crème brûlée- Nutella or marshmallow drizzle& sliced almonds as the topping! ✨? ?Thank me later!!! ?“
“I tried these crepes for the first time, and wow! I loved them, the taste is really good, but best of all was the lady who runs the place, very friendly, super cheerful and willing to give the best care, I recommend you try this place, you will not regret it, no doubt this place I will frequent more often. ⭐️“
“What a gem! We discovered this restaurant by chance and were thoroughly impressed. Sampling various vegetarian dishes left us torn as to which was our favorite. Abigail provided exceptional service with her warmth. The food arrived promptly, and the taro boba tea was delightful.“
“This is one of the best crepes I have ever had! Portion is huge. So delicious. And the decoration!!! I loved how the owner designed everything by himself, such an artist! The area needed a good crepe place and here it is.I highly recommend it.“
“I had a wonderful experience at Leyla CHOCOLATE AND CREPE! The waffles were incredibly delicious, with each bite bursting with the taste of high-quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. It's definitely a place I'd love to visit again. I highly recommend it to everyone!“
“Definitely not your average Thai restaurant. The whole restaurant feels like a one-man passion project, and I mean that in the most earnest way. Don't go in expecting the dishes to be whipped up instantly, but the creative food and friendly service is absolutely worth the wait.“
“Really nice little spot across from Tompkins Square Park. They opened right before the shutdown , really tough - they have been showing up & working long days ever since, always with the most friendly approach. My usual is a cold brew & a delicious crepe - and I love that they have Il Laboratorio del Gelato , & great ice teas. Two tables outside, usually one is available , & the park is across the street for backup.“
“Align is the perfect spot in the neighborhood for your on the go cup of joe.By far the best aspect of align is their incredible staff, who greet you with the kind of positivity that’s so important when starting off your day.The inside is kind & cozy, a safe haven in the midst of new York’s benevolent chaos. The coffee is superb and so are the (gluten free) crepes- my favorite is the bacon egg and cheese with their special sauce. With just 3 seats inside, it’s not always the place to sit with your coffee, but it’s always a great place to get your coffee. Also, for fans of adaptogens/antioxidants, try the chagaccino, the chaga mushroom-infused spin on your morning espresso.“
“This very unassuming restaurant, that you can barely see as you are driving by, has some of the best quality food for brunch you could ever want and need. You can tell the one man chef show puts his heart and soul into everything he makes.I had the Nordic Benedict. Let me tell you. The light and fluffiness of the, what I like to call "Love bun" rolls that the, not porched, but fried egg was laying one created an almost spiritual lifting experience. Smoked salmon, to me, tasted like house made gravlax. The perfect blend of seasoning for the Benedict. And the Hollandaise sauce, was golden and perfect. $20I had a bite of the corned beef hash and potatoes, and it was also very tasty. The corned beef was seasoned right and it comes with a fried egg which makes the dish perfect. $20However, the in house homemade French toast was the most interesting and awesome dish I have tasted in a very very long time. The 6 "love buns" on a skewer, were served with maple syrup and this berry compote, that make you want to slap something, was an amazing addition to the dish. $20All of the brunch menu comes with coffee, tea or orange juice. For $20, I will be patronizing this establishment again and again.“
“We ordered a nutella banana strawb crepe and protein smoothie in person as prices are slightly cheaper that way. The service was so quick, friendly and you get a pretty big portion of crepe stuffed with fruit. The shake was also amazing. Thank you to the kind worker!“
“I ordered a raspberry and mango crepe, which was fairly priced (for the area) and delicious. It was light as a cloud ☁️ and the fruits were delightfully ripe ?. The music was continuously cutting out and their playlist was subpar. Overall, would recommend!☺️“
“We walked by the window display and saw the crepes. We weren’t even hungry but they looked so appetizing. We decided to try them and holy crepe they were so damn delicious! We did sweet and the berry waffle crepe was so good!! The cream was perfect and the staff was super nice there. The place is small so not much seating but it’s an easy grab and go option. Would have taken a photo but I ate it so fast I forgot to. Lol“
“Do you love crepes? This is a place you cannot, CANNOT miss visiting if you do!! Crepe guru has uh-mazing to-die-for crepe options to choose from—both savory and sweet! I love their food because I have tried multiple crepes here! Fabulous and so flavorful!! And it can’t get better than ending a savory treat with a sweet one! The Nutella crepe is sinful in the truest sense! Makes me drool just thinking about it!MUST TRY if you’re in Jersey City or around the place!!Its a very small place. So I have always done take-aways because even finding parking here can be hard.“
“I ordered on doordash and all the food was soooo yummy- I got a crepe and egg waffle with green tea ice cream. The ice cream was perfect and went amazing with the waffle- also got the mango and thai tea boba and i’m officially only getting boba from here. Best flavors I’ve tried yet and I’ve been a boba fan for many years. I ordered from here in Harlem but definitely considering going to Inwood now to try everything in person!“
“passed by this place during black friday and they immediately hooked me w/ the buy one drink, get one 50%. i got the lychee crepe and it was honestly super delicious, i was tempted on getting another one. we absolutely inhaled it LOL. the staff was super fast and efficient (although it took about 10 minutes to get our order due to the long long); but honestly, seeing the workers working nonstop and genuinely doing their job made me respect them and give them the 5 stars+tip. may be just a stand in the mall but they're better than the store in fort lee! definitely check it out if you're in the mall“
“The coffee is exceptional! Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a specialty latte, they've got you covered with a range of options that are expertly crafted. The pastries, crepes and paninis complement the drinks perfectly, adding a touch of sweetness to the experience. What sets this place apart is the attention to detail. From the art on the walls to the carefully selected music playlist!! Thank you for the best coffee in town!“
“I had the Poullet a la Franceis. My dining companion had the French Onion Soup. The food was prepared fresh and was delicious. We also had a Crepe Suzette, chocolate ice cream and Espresso. The service was excellent in a relaxed, friendly ambience. We will definitely be coming back!“
“Saturday 2/10, My sister and I enjoyed a very nice lunch at 4Seasons Crepes. We easily found street parking on this busy street in Ridgefield. The restaurant is bright, clean and welcoming. The music is low and very in the background, a lesson most other businesses are too ignorant to learn (Hello idiots at Hoboken ShopRite) The staff was friendly and very present. I had a really good cappuccino and my sister had a hot chocolate. My sister enjoyed her Nutella & marshmallow crepe. I had a chicken, spinach, mushroom and mozz crepe. It was very well & subtlety seasoned. I was a chef for years and am still not sure what it was. The crepe came with a very nice salad garnish. I think the value was good and I highly recommend eating at this nice family run business. They are doing something different and doing it very well.“
“After my morning was ruined by Ess-a Bagel sad, frustrated, some may say broken I went to this establishment for a expresso to shake what some may call a life altering experience. To say this is the best expresso and croissant I had would be a under statement this was a gift from above my mood and day was saved by this amazing place. The Lady who works at the establishment is hardworking, gets the New York swag and is one of the most kind people I have ever met. If Carlos Beltran had this expresso the canyon of hero’s in 06 woulda been a non stop party for the New York Mets.“
“Chez Les Frenchies Cafe offers a slice of Parisian charm in every bite. I was thrilled to learn that they use ingredients imported from France, adding an authentic touch to their pastries. The croissant was flaky and buttery. The apple turnover boasted a super delicious apple filling with the perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors. As a fan of Mariage Freres teas, I was thrilled to find my favorite blends available here, adding to the authentic French experience. The only downside was the close table arrangement, lacking a bit of privacy. Overall, Chez Les Frenchies Cafe is a gem for lovers of French cuisine and ambiance, offering a delightful taste of France in every visit.“
“Fun place. The name says it - beats (music) and bites (food). Got a smoothie. Very good! Talked with the two brothers owners.Just recently opened up the shop near Times Square, and then got robbed, which is not normal in the area. The guy took a lot of their money, along with cups and other materials and even damages on of their screens! Not nice to a small, new business! But he dropped his ID and so was picked up by the cops. So sad that while the perp does a little time, the owners get nothing back!Wish you the best of luck bros!“
“Honestly this is one of the best spots I’ve ever found I don’t think any crepes are better then this the Lychee romantic is truly different the rose custard they is amazingly flavorful , they also put a lot of lychee which I love, and hint of pistachio is a perfect add, then personally I add strawberry’s to complete the flavor and bring it all together“
“Great place for authentic Italian gelato. This place goes straight in the top 5 gelato places in the city, period.Quality is still consistent since the opening. One of my go to combos is pistachio (pistakkio) and Crema Antica.Try stracciatella of you don't know what it is.They have a seating area serving cups, a must from Italy.“
“I love this place so much I have not tried something that I did not like. It’s a cute Lebanese cafe & the workers are very nice and patient. My favorite drink is their karak tea I definitely recommend it. And their manoushas are good too. Try everything honestly it’s really good quality stuff“
“Delicious soft donuts. Had them in Japan ?? and just loved them. When I saw them here I had to try them and they were absolutely amazing. Not many flavours to choose from but was happy with my purchase. I had orange chocolate flavour and strawberry flavour ?. Cute little shop with friendly staff. Thank you ?“
“Such a kind, kind staff. I was stressed out about finding a spot to charge my phone while I took a call. But with a great attitude they helped me place my order and let me hang out until my call was over. The coffee was great too. Definitely recommend!“
“Absolutely Fantastic Vegan Kofteh and More! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem of a vegan restaurant, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the owner incredibly kind and welcoming, but the food is nothing short of amazing. The vegan kofteh (a personal favorite) was delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and spices. It’s evident that they take pride in using fresh ingredients, as everything tasted exceptionally fresh and wholesome. What’s even more impressive is their diverse menu. From delectable crepes and waffles to refreshing fruit sticks and indulgent sundaes, they have a wide range of options to satisfy every craving. Whether you’re a vegan veteran or just curious about plant-based cuisine, this place offers something for everyone. What stood out the most to me was the fact that everything is made fresh daily. You can taste the care and dedication that goes into each dish. It’s a testament to their commitment to quality. If you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere, a friendly owner, and mouthwatering vegan delights, this place is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Five stars, no doubt!“
“Right in the heart of Manhattan, lies this small place that makes fresh juices and shakes for all you premium liquid diehards...Kids can play video games at the consoles built into the wall while you pretend you're in France eating crepes...They also have several exotic ice cream varieties...“
“I've been wanting to try this place for so long because it's the only Japanese crêpe place nearby and it did not disappoint. It is in the cross county mall right by the Zara so it's super easy to find it's big enough where you can wait and stand inside to order. They also have indoor seating. If you do you want to sit down the service was super fast and very fun because you can watch them make your food. The ambience is pretty much a pick up and go plays, but they do have sitting inside and outside so if you do you want to dine in or out of the place it's possible I got the Matcha chocolate truffle crêpe, and my boyfriend got the Nutella strawberry crêpe, and we both loved it! Will be coming back!!“
“Edit: Went back to get the pink latte, this time around it was made by Michele. The pink latte was amazing! Michele was also extremely nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to try some other things on the menu!Original: I had the pink latte and it was watery. I’ve had better lattes from a gas station. The coffee eclair was really good.“
“I come all the way from Staten Island to Manhattan to get these crepes. They are made fresh right in front of you. They offer tons of flavors from sweet to savory. My go to is the Nutella crepe with strawberries and bananas. I sometimes add peanut butter which is delicious as well. I've also had a BEC crepe that was delicious as well. The owner is so sweet she is sometimes at the crepe shop helping out or meeting customers. There is great customer service here the staff is very friendly and works very efficiently to serve their customers. MUST TRY!“
“Awesome restaurant and super class manager with high skills on communication and costumer service. As a diplomat I like calm and clean space. This restaurant is so far the best you can find in NYC following these both criterias and beyond. I spend quality of time with my fiancee surprising her with these yummy foods from Crepes on Columbus. She liked it ? and want us to back again. Thank you COC for your amazing service.“
“This place is an amazing dessert spot! ? Chocolate DIP offers an fantastic selection of delicious ? chocolate-covered fruit ?, crepes ?, and more! They have a Milk Chocolate ? Fountain ⛲ and a White Chocolate ⬜ Fountain! Definitely get the Fruit Cup ? filled with strawberries ? and a mix of both milk and white chocolate! Staff ?? is friendly and the service is quick. ⏲️ The place is nicely decorated ?️ and they have some indoor seating. I wish I came here sooner!“
“Wonderful cafe with a horribly racist patron. Shade Bar was the perfect place to end our girls day, my two friends and myself decided to get a crepe and catch up in the outdoor dining area. The crepe was delicious, hot, and perfectly chewy and the servers were very kind! However, our experience took a turn for the worse when an older woman walks in to sit and order a cup of tea. This woman seemed to be a regular, as she not-so-politely ordered the waitress to turn on the heat. Anyways, being rude to waitstaff is strike number one in my book. But the antics do not stop here…. As my friends and I were conversing about our days, the same woman yells from across the outdoor dining area for us to be quiet, huffed and puffed, and said a few other choice words. My friends and I, stunned at this extremely out of pocket remark, stayed a few more minutes and decided to leave because this woman was very clearly not well in the head. As we got up to go, I said to the woman “that was not kind of you to speak to us like that, that was uncalled for. I’ll be hoping you have a better day” to which she replied “oh yeah? Well I’ll be praying for you all to LEAVE THIS COUNTRY AND GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM” screaming at my friends and I. My friend promptly went inside to tell the staff, and I’m not sure what was done from that point on, but I feel horribly sorry for the waitstaff that needed to deal with her rude personality. This woman needs to realize that she is sitting in one of the most diverse cities in the world, and if she doesn’t like it then she can leave. I hope that if you decide to visit this cute little cafe on a Sunday afternoon, that you do not run into this miserable, rude, and racist woman.“
“A cappuccino from Sway is absolutely undefeated. I have tried every highly rated cafe in astoria you can think of : Mighty Roasters , Sweet Scene, Under Pressure, Kinshop, Coffee Cloud etc and while they are all good, they are not better than Sway. The beans mix they use is their own combination which is why the coffee is so damn good.“
“The brown sugar boba was good, tapioca pearls were nice and chewy.Had their Mozza dog, it was nice and potatoey, crisp, and cheesy mozzarella.Pricing was fair and quality was good.Wish there were more seating areas vs the stool style, my butt hurts now darnit. ?It's a good joint stop ordering uber eats and check this place out.“
“I always order the french rolls for brunch. I LOVE THEM. They take a bit to be done but its worth it ? Also the ice creams are SUPER, the crepes are nice and my boyfriend usually take the Egg Bacon Avocado Toast that is also a really good deal for its price. Recomend it 100%“
“Borrowed from a Western concept and modernized into a new level of versatility, this establishment started thousands of miles away on the shores of Japan. Located on Main Street in Fort Lee, T Swirl is actually named for the instrument that crepe-makers use to apply batter to the crepe pan, which is shaped like the letter T. It is also our go-to place for Japanese crepes, where my partner, our visitors from out of town and I came last Sunday. From the outside, plastic mock-ups of the crepes are arranged in rows in the window, each in a glass bubble. Greeted by the staff at the register when one begins to order. Their menu incorporates savory and sweet flavors with fresh fruit offerings. We decided on the T-swirl Fruits Cocktail, Matcha Chocolate Truffles, Lychee Romantic, and Blueberry NY Cheesecake. All were delicious and made fresh. What really sets this place apart is the Japanese aesthetic one observes in all aspects of this very clean, small eatery: the care and precision in preparing the crepes; the neat and lovely way they wrap the crepes; and the polite workers behind the counter. With all marks checked, we continue to recommend this place.“
