Found this little spot way too late in my visit to Fort Lee! They have wonderful smoothies all fresh made. They can add wheat hrasss to the smoothies too. Their breakfast items are awesome and their prices are so fair!
One of the best “clean food” spots in Fort Lee. Prices are among the lowest around, and the food is consistently good. The menu isn’t very complex, but they really nail what they do offer. There’s enough variety to find something you like, plus fresh juices to go with it. It seems like a family-owned spot — I’ve been seeing the same lady here for about 16 years now. The location is super convenient, too. The food won’t blow your mind, but it’s solid and dependable.
When I moved to Fort Lee, I was looking for what could become my favorite deli. It took 9 months but I finally found it here at Food For Life. Not the biggest menu offerings in the world but they have the basics and the basics are all a 10 out of 10; at least for everything I've tried so far. Very happy with my new find!
