This place is run by amateurs who care nothing about good customer relationships.
After bad storms the night before, I arrive at 6:56 for coffee and a muffin. The "Open" sign was lit up, and the door unlocked. I walked in and was promptly and rudely told that they did not open for another 5 minutes and I would have to wait outside. I asked if they had muffins and was told maybe on the weekend.

Glaze Donuts would not allow me to use a gift Certificate that doesn’t have an expiration date. So they pretty much STOLE $20 from someone who purchased the gift certificate
