Placed an order today at 11:37 AM using the website. Got an email that it would be ready at 12:18 PM. Well, at 1:07 PM, the store still didn't have the order ready (5 sandwiches). It was finally completed at 1:28 PM. This is almost two hours after the order was placed. Tried talking to a manager during the ordeal, but they were too busy to even speak with us!! Terrible customer service.😠
Waited WAY too long! Unacceptable. Ordered online at 11:37AM, should have been ready at 12:18, and left with our order at 1:26. Will NEVER be ordering from here again and when I called twice to inquire/ speak with a manager I was told I had to call back because they were too busy. The individuals I spoke with on the phone were nice enough, but the ordering system/ timing is absolutely unacceptable.
