Ordered an 8pc. Meal and got 7 soggy chicken thighs crumbled up in a bucket and one half butchered chicken drum. After years of coming here you lost my business. Never coming here again!!!

Did an online Order 2 Pot Pies and a Free Mashed Potato Poppers.

The Popper had no moisture in them were cold and dry as hell. They been sitting a long time.

1 Pot Pie so dried out the shell was bone dry and almost shattered putting the fork in. The Filling the best way can describe it was the constancy of condensed soup. Before adding the water it Just was not good went into the trash.

#2 Pot Pie. The shell was semi ok. Nice hard Edges and soft in the middle. Only problem was most the mixture inside was not as moist as should be it was like eating really thick cream of chicken soup that needed a little more water. But atleast with a drink was ok to eat still tasted ok. Just can tell was sitting a while.

Gave service 5 stars only because I did not deal with anyone there this visit just picked up
My order. And in the past over the years service has never been an issue. Food Quality has been.

Just think learned my lessen Ordered thought the app a couple times and quality control had been an issue.
Or the app takes the Oder you get there to pick it up and it’s not in stock. And you’re forced to take a substitute because they can not refund credit cards used for an inline order.

I ordered 2 chicken tenders boxes it looks like they just took some tenders and ripped them up threw them in my box I’m missing both biscuits no ice in my drinks I also orders 4 wraps which looks like they gave me chicken nuggets in the wraps first and last time ordering at this location

Worst services. They pushed me to take what are left because they need to make new to give me what I ordered. I asked them to wait because they said 6 minutes to make my order.

After 6 minutes, they said I have to wait 15minutes more because they just started making it.

They speak rudely and aggressively without apologies, even they delayed serving foods. No intention to revisit.

Worst experience here.

This review is based on two different orders. The first was when my girlfriend ordered using Uber eats. She ordered two dinners. They delivered only one. Uber refunded the difference.

Today, I ordered using Grubhub. I ordered two dinners. I received only one.

Grubhub, promptly, refunded my money.

I wanted to make the restaurant aware that the same error occurred two weeks apart. Could it have been the delivery services that made the errors? Yes! But, I’m not going to keep ordering from the same restaurant if I’m not going to receive what I paid for.

I called and reached the store manager. I explained the problem. After finding my order, he suggested that the driver made the mistake. I responded that it was possible but it happened twice within two weeks with orders from his establishment. He cut me off and said “You can’t speak!”

I quietly explained that I was calling as a courtesy and wanted to continue to support his restaurant but that they need to either double-check orders or admonish the drivers to keep THEIR customers happy.

He continued to be nasty so I simply ended the call.

Good customer service is everything to me.

They won’t get another penny from me!!
