spent 100 dollars to get chicken for a party. asked a staff for some extra sauces, an older manager comes out yelling at the staff who was about to give away the sauce, takes them back saying I should have paid for them. Good bye KFC

ok so the food does come out rather quick here but why was my chicken sitting in a pool of oil? damn. and my chicken came out hella dark. yall need to learn how to fry chicken and change out the oil or sum and not let the chicken sit in a pool of oil towards the bottom of the bucket. thanks.

Ordered chicken strips online and this is what showed upā¦ these pieces are tiny ā way smaller than what you get when dining in. Feels like they gave me the leftovers. If this is supposed to be a full order, thatās honestly disappointing.

I bought a fried chicken sandwich here, but the restaurant secretly replaced the fried chicken with two nuggets. When I asked the staff, they said they were out of fried chicken. I told them they should have at least informed me, but they showed no sign of apology and just said, āWe donāt have it, we just gave you two nuggets instead.ā Iāve never been to such an unbelievable fast-food place.

The staff working here are incredibly rude.. He's not doing his job, he's playing on his cell phone, you ask him a question, he doesn't answer. You tell him to call Supervisor and he says he doesn't understand. I'm not sure they even speak English.

Usually order from this location and no issues. Ordered delivery and food had hair fried into the breading. Disgusting! Canāt imagine what else goes on there. Someone mentioned that itās a hit or miss there, and I agree. Eat at your own risk. UberEats didnāt refund me, I guess they think itās a normal part of food service then at least take them off their available restaurants.

Stopped at the Fort Lee NJ location for a quick snack, hadnāt been to a KFC in a while. Got chicken strips and they were not like I remembered, they were smaller than I remember. Seemed like what you could get in a grocery store. Mashed potatoes and the biscuit were as expected, but thatās not why you go to KFC. Will take my business to Chick-Fil-A.
