Yep, 3 out of five is about right. I have just tasted KFC Taiwan last week and it was much better than KFC home country.

Ordered the crispy chicken, it was salty than crispy. I expect the coating to be crispy and flaky instead of jammed in piles.

This was a nice place to get lunch. The people were very nice, but I was disappointed that they did not offer a military discount though I know of other locations that offer this discount.

Good food and service, but they had people repairing appliances with power tools directly by the people preparing the food, so that was not great. The repair man was hammering away and drilling screws into metal kitchen appliances, which im sure left debris in the air. All of this was happening less than a foot away from the food preparation area. Absolutely not a good look. There is a time and place for everything.
