this place is horrible it used to be so good, the staff has changed and everytime I give this place a 2nd chance its always worse, the drinks always taste weird and off, and they give so litte drink and to much ice!, someone from the staff even didn't put the lid on good for my boba and it went all over me! :( such a bummer because i go to the sushi place next door
Not about the drinks but the service was absolutely disgraceful. I came this Sunday morning and the guy who worked in the shop told me they haven’t opened yet, in a very impolite way, even with the door opened. I arrived at 10:51 and he said they open at 11. I asked if it’s ok for me to take a look at the menu first and he said no in a very rude manner, make it sounds like I’m an idiot who asked a totally stupid question. To be fair, the menu is on the table and I don’t need any help from that guy to look at the menu, but he basically kicked me out. Absolutely not coming again. I went to Moge tea and they happily took my orders even it’s before their “official opening time”.
Sweet and nice bubble tea
So far the quality of the bubble teas here have remained the same and that is good! they have pretty good drinks on this location and lots of
parking although they do fill up quick!
our go-to is still the brown sugar or cocoa! both really good. Staff friendliness or interaction can be hit or miss no. Nothing thats rude kinda just—maybe aloof but no biggie.
The guy who took my bubble teas orders are not professional. He didn’t ask me what I want to order until I asked him if he is ready, didn’t mention there is silly 3% surcharge for CC payment, and had bad customer service not answering my questions. He doesn’t seem to work there.
I ordered taro milk tea and i have no idea what they made but it smelled and tasted unbelievably awful to the point where I might throw up

Not bad but drinks are always too sweet
They cancelled my DoorDash order after almost an hour upon placing it.
The bubble is super sweet ,even I already order 0 sugar for my tea .sorry I need to buy from gong cha now . I told them many times.maybe ppl like sweetness more than those who don’t like.

I've been to a lot of bubble tea places and my most favorite one has been kung fu tea. The drinks here are one of the best I've had and the customer service is pretty good.
This place is one of my favorite places to go after studying or to go take a walk. The workers are always greeting, and they always portray smiles in their eyes.
Ever since I had a mango slush there made by a cute lady and a longan jujube tea made by a manly tall guy, I always prioritize them over any other drinks.

Been to Kung Fu Tea many times and the atmosphere is very comforting. It’s a great place to hangout and meetup with friends. The drinks also come in very quickly and the place is very accessible for many students.

If Kung Fu Tea has 1 billion fans, I'm one of them.
If Kung Fu Tea has 100 fans, I'm one of them.
If Kung Fu Tea has 5 fans, I'm one of them.
If Kung Fu Tea has 1 fan, I'm one of them.
If Kung Fu Tea (somehow) has 0 fans, then I am dead. ??
Usually I think that boba tea places are insanely overpriced as someone from HK, but the prices in this comfy shop are very reasonable. Not to mention, the customer service is very well.
